Complentando 2h de espera me mandaram mensagem que minha pizza saiu para entrega. Ligue apos esperar 2h30 me informaram que a pizza estava no forno. A falta de transparência e consideração ao consumidor me faz dizer a todos não comprem neste lugar Pizzaria Brasão telefone para pedido: 012 997592300, em Jacarei localizado: R. E repondendo ao comentário do proprietário. Não difamar, vejo que sabem lidar com cliente, esperamos 1h a mais do estipulado, lugar que não planeja e não tem transparência e respeito com cliente. O futuro e falência, eu tinha outras opções para me atender. Decidi esperar o tempo que vocês estipularam e não cumpriram e mentiram para o seu cliente.E ainda não reconhecem a falha no meu atendimento.
