★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo WhatsApp é horrível. Além de demorar muito, meu pedido sempre vem errado. Antes eu pedia pelo site e sempre vinha ótimo! Mas tiraram o site do ar. Eu tô deixando de pedir de pedir só por conta do atendimento horrível dessa pizzaria. Antes eu demorava 30 min pra pedir e receber o produto. Agora eu passo 1 hora e meia pra fazer a mesma coisa, tudo por conta desse péssimo atendimento.
WhatsApp customer service is horrible. In addition to taking a long time, my order always comes wrong. Before I asked for the website and it always came out great! But they took the site down. I'm not ordering from ordering just because of the horrible service at this pizzeria. Before I took 30 minutes to order and receive the product. Now I spend 1 hour and a half to do the same thing, all because of this bad service.

A impressão que dá é de que pegaram a própria embalagem e jogaram miúdos em cima.
A pizza nem dá gosto comer, aí quando come a aparência se iguala ao sabor.
Feia e ruím, uma das piores pizzas que eu comi dentro de Fortaleza.
What dubious quality pizza is this!???
The impression is that they took the packaging itself and threw kids on top of it.
Pizza doesn't even taste like eating, so when you eat it, the appearance equals the taste.
Ugly and bad, one of the worst pizzas I ate in Fortaleza.

Atendimento péssimo.
Order from this pizzeria by Ifood is late and I can't talk to the establishment. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to chat.

Fiz meu pedido as 21 horas me deram um prazo de entrega .
me retornaram as 22 falando nao tinha mais o sabor desejado .
Vergonha fazendo os clientes de besta
E outra fazem promoção mais não tem o produto o materia prima vergonhoso.

Badly, do not buy pizza here a lack of commitment to the customer I waited for the pizza for 3 hours and none of them gives me satisfaction and even less does the pizza arrive.

Meu pedido para entrega passou mais de 2h para chegar,minha esposa teve que ir até o local pra saber o que estava acontecendo,pois não atendiam o telefone e nem respondiam mensagem.Local entregue a funcionários que realizam várias funções ao mesmo tempo. Senhor proprietário melhorar a logística do seu empreendimento.
I do not recommend. My order for delivery took more than 2 hours to arrive, my wife had to go to the location to find out what was happening, as they did not answer the phone or answer messages. Location delivered to employees who perform various functions at the same time. Mr owner improve the logistics of your venture.

Depois de dois dias tentando falar com o estabelecimento, fui atendida, fizeram meu pedido, e, depois de pronto, disseram que não entregavam na minha região, que era a outra loja do bairro. Meu pedido foi encaminhado, e, mesmo assim, a pizzaria do bairro não fazia entrega pra minha casa. Ficaram de estornar o valor, mas até agora nada! P.S: atendente com uma má vontade gigantesca.
Terrible. I ordered a pizza through Ifood, they didn't deliver. After two days of trying to talk to the establishment, I was served, they placed my order, and, after it was done, they said they didn't deliver in my area, which was the other store in the neighborhood. My order was sent, and even so, the neighborhood pizzeria did not deliver to my house. They were asked to reverse the value, but so far nothing! P.S: attendant with a gigantic unwillingness.
