Esta "atendente"PAULA que diz que é a DONA/RESPONSÁVEL da pizzaria ser estremamente grossa (desligou o tel. na minha cara)e nao saber lidar com o cliente, nao consegue dar conta dos pedidos...
Alem de ser MENTIROSA, por falar que a entrega ja tinha saido sendo que demorou mais de 1h30 e apos cancelarmos o pedido o "boy" nem chegou na minha residencia, sendo que ela falou que nao tinha como entrar em contato com ele.
Fora a vergonha com meus convidados por esperarem tanto tempo e termos que comprar em outro local.
PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO E RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE!!!!??????????
 DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE, I WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!!
This "attendant" PAULA who says she is the Owner / RESPONSIBLE of the pizzeria is extremely thick (turned off the phone in my face) and does not know how to deal with the customer, she cannot handle the orders ...
In addition to being a LIAR, speaking that the delivery had already left and it took more than 1h30 and after we canceled the order the "boy" didn't even arrive at my residence, and she said she had no way of contacting him.
It was the shame with my guests for waiting so long and having to buy elsewhere.
PESSIMO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT !!!! ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no último sábado as 20:47, uma hora depois fiz a primeira ligação pra saber do meu pedido, fui informado que já tinha saido para entrega, aguardei mais 20 minutos, fiz uma nova ligação e nada, foram mais duas ligações, sendo que cancelei o pedido as 22:20 e para minha surpresa o entregador aparece as 23:00 - mais de 2 horas depois, sendo que informaram 30 minutos. Péssima experiência, eu tinha visitas em casa que foram embora cansadas de esperar também.
I placed an order last Saturday at 20:47, an hour later I made the first call to find out about my order, I was informed that it had already left for delivery, I waited another 20 minutes, I made a new call and nothing, there were two more calls, being that I canceled the order at 22:20 and to my surprise the delivery man appears at 23:00 - more than 2 hours later, being informed 30 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que horror. Pedi uma pizza de outra pizzaria no Ifood. E me veio esse motoboy da Canaã dizendo que eu pedi de lá, que tinha dado 47,00. Só que não! Não era nem o sabor que eu tinha pedido. E além do mais eu já tinha pago no cartão, até mostrei pra ele. Aí ele levou embora a pizza.
1 minuto depois me chega o motoboy da pizzaria que eu tinha pedido.
Não sei qual era a intenção ou se realmente foi engano, mas cuidado!!
How horrible. I ordered a pizza from another pizzeria at Ifood. And this motoboy from Canaan came to me saying that I ordered from there, that I had given 47.00. Only not! It wasn't even the flavor I had asked for. And besides, I had already paid on the card, I even showed it to him. Then he took the pizza away.
1 minute later the motoboy from the pizzeria I had ordered arrives.
I don't know what the intention was or if it really was a mistake, but beware!!

Fiz um pedido de pizza no sábado pedi com rodelas de tômate a pizza chegou 1:30 após o pedido chegou gelada tombada e sem tomates. Liguei para reclamar o gerente joao Paulo pediu desculpas e disse que iria reparar o erro no próximo pedido porque estava sem Boy no momento. Aceitei as desculpa e disse que retornava para pegar o "brinde" Segunda feira liguei para pedir outra pizza como brinde eles disseram que eu teria que pagar a taxa de entrega. Eu disse que não pagaria e aceitaram fiz o pedido as 9:35 da noite a pizza acaba de chegar às 23:37 após mais de 2 horas. Detalhes a pizza está fria e novamente tombada. Só tenho a dizer perderam um ótimo cliente pós 4 pessoas da família fazem pedidos com eles. Perderam os clientes

I ordered a pizza on Saturday, I ordered slices of tomato and the pizza arrived at 1:30 after the order arrived frozen and without tomatoes. I called to complain the manager joao Paulo apologized and said he would fix the error in the next order because he was out of Boy at the moment. I accepted the excuses and said that I would return to get the "toast" Monday I called to order another pizza as a toast they said I would have to pay the delivery fee. I said I wouldn't pay and they accepted I ordered at 9:35 pm the pizza just arrived at 11:37 pm after more than 2 hours. Details the pizza is cold and toppled again. I just have to say lost a great customer after 4 people in the family place orders with them. Lost customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia de acabar com uma pizza, ou melhor, duas, a fome era grande e sabe como é, tem que comer até passar mal. A apresentação das pizzas são bem bonitas, aparentando vir bem recheadas, ambas dão destaque tanto pro queijo, quanto pros seus respectivos recheios, o brócolis e a calabresa fatiada na toscana. A degustação tem características bem diferentes entre elas. A toscana pesa bastante no queijo, que vem numa quantidade boa e agradável, sem se tornar enjoativa, a calabresa, apesar de geralmente ser um ingrediente forte, aqui ficou bem suavizado, perdeu bastante sabor e deixou o queijo ficar com o sabor mais forte. A de brócolis, é exatamente o inverso, o sabor do brócolis é bem mais intenso e forte, mesmo havendo um tanto de queijo, o brócolis é o principal e bem espalhado na pizza. Os pedaços são bem cortados, não são esfarelados ou coisa do tipo, tudo parece estar bem consistente e saboroso. O queijo que cobre o brócolis serve de bom acompanhamento, numa boa quantidade, agrada sem exageros, e sem tomar o sabor do brócolis. Aqui o problema fica nas bordas, que, apesar de não ter uma massa grossa, parece um pouco exagerada, parece que falta um pouco de recheio, e com isso algumas mordidas ficam pura massa, que não é muito fácil degustar, tem que mastigar muito pra engolir. Pra finalizar as azeitonas padrão de sempre, sem nada de mais. No geral, pizzas saborosas, com uma certa simplicidade e bom sabores, uma por um lado parece apelar pro queijo pra dar sabor, a a outra consegue ficar com mais sabor de um vegetal, o que não é muito comum também.

Here the problem is in the edges, which, although not having a thick mass, seems a bit exaggerated, it seems that a little filling is missing, and with that some bites become pure mass, which is not very easy to taste, has to chew a lot to swallow. To finish the standard olives as usual, no big deal. In general, tasty pizzas, with a certain simplicity and good flavors, on the one hand seem to appeal to cheese for flavor, the other can get more flavor of a vegetable, which is not very common either.
