★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha família era cliente dessa pizzaria há mais de 20 anos, porém infelizmente fizemos um pedido que veio errado e, ao ligarmos para resolver a questão, fomos pessimamente atendidos por uma moça que, ao invés de oferecer uma solução, não reconheceu o erro e nos tratou com soberba e nenhuma educação. Quando uma empresa não respeita os seus clientes é porque não precisa deles para prosperar. Assim sendo, migramos para a concorrência.
 My family was a customer of this pizzeria for over 20 years, but unfortunately we placed a wrong order and, when we called to resolve the issue, we were poorly served by a girl who, instead of offering a solution, did not recognize the error and treated with pride and no education. When a company doesn't respect its customers, it's because it doesn't need them to thrive. Therefore, we migrated to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega rápida em pleno sábado.Pizza saborosa, bem recheada. Comi a de abobrinha com bacon e também calabresa moída cobertas com mussarela. Deliciosas, contudo, poderiam estar mais quentes.
Fast delivery on Saturday. Tasty pizza, well stuffed. I ate the zucchini with bacon and also ground pepperoni topped with mozzarella. Delicious, however, could be hotter.

Melhor do que cobrar um preço abaixo e enviar para o cliente um produto sem qualidade.

Mas perderam minha família inteira como cliente.
Ontem 18/12/21 Comprei 4 pizzas com borda de Requeijão. Gastei R$260,00. Contudo fomos testemunhas de discussões entre o encarregado e o pizzaiolo por erros nas pizzas de outros clientes e a minha. Achei absurdo, nunca vi esta gritaria lá, mas até aí tudo bem. Hoje fomos comer fatias que haviam sobrado e minha esposa ao morder a borda da pizza Baicatu sentiu um objeto estranho. Era um grampo de aço!
Resumindo.
Capriolli nunca mais.
Minha família era cliente desde 1988!!!
Perderam clientes de 33 anos comprando e falando sempre bem das pizzas
Ainda bem que minha esposa não se machucou, pois aí não seria apenas o alerta sobre o total descaso.

Yesterday 12/18/21 I bought 4 pizzas with cream cheese edge. I spent R$260.00. However, we witnessed arguments between the foreman and the pizza maker over errors in other customers' pizzas and mine. I thought it was absurd, I never saw this shouting there, but so far so good. Today we went to eat the leftover slices and my wife, when biting the edge of the Baicatu pizza, felt a strange object. It was a steel staple!
Summing up.
Capriolli never again.
