★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo gostoso, porém demoram muito mesmo q seja para retirar no balcão, ficam batendo papo e deixam esfriar e depois lhe entrega!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, primeiro que o atendimento é sempre ruim, a pessoa que atende o whatsapp é uma grossa.
Segundo, o pedido sempre chega frio.
Terceiro, essa empresa tem até aplicativo, mas não entendeu nada o que é pra fazer, não aceita pix de pagamento ainda, muito menos transferência, se vc quiser pedir para outra pessoa não dá, Ou seja o appp não serve para nada a não ser para status, para fingir que é moderna.
Come on, first the service is always bad, the person who answers the whatsapp is a thick guy.
Second, the order always arrives cold.
Third, this company even has an app, but they didn't understand anything about what to do, they don't accept payment pix yet, let alone a transfer, if you want to ask someone else, you can't do it. for status, to pretend you're modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido demorou mais de uma hora e meia pra chegar e o refrigerante estava sem gelo. Só estou dando duas estrelas, pois o atendimento foi relativamente bom e as esfirras estavam quentes.
The order took over an hour and a half to arrive and the soda was out of ice. I'm only giving it two stars, as the service was relatively good and the sferras were hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento UM LIXO , se não sabem como tratar um cliente que fechem , pois atendimento ao cliente e primordial.. mandei msg perguntando onde estava MEU PEDIDO QUE DEMOROU 2HORAS E MEIA PRA CHEGAR E ME FALARAM QUE ERA PARA EU PARAR DE MANDAR MESNAGEM POIS ESTAVA INCOMODANDO , COMO EU ESTAVA INCOMODANDO SE O MEU PEDIDO QUE ESTAVA A DUAS HORAS ATRASADA COM CEIANCA E GESTANTE EM CASA???? NAO RECOMENDO de jeito nenhum
Service A GARBAGE, if you don't know how to treat a client that they close, because customer service is paramount.. I sent a msg asking where MY ORDER WAS THAT TAKEN 2 AND HALF HOURS TO ARRIVE AND THEY TOLD ME TO STOP SENDING A MESSAGE BECAUSE IT WAS BOTHERING , HOW WAS I BOTHERING IF MY ORDER WAS TWO HOURS LATE WITH CEIANCA AND PREGNANT AT HOME???? I don't recommend at all

Ja comprei em varias filiais da Casa nova mas esta deixa a desejar.
A Analhia ou amalia(nao entendi o nome) foi super arrogante e despreparada profissionalmente pra falar com cliente. Sem contar na demora de 1 hora e 20 minutos pra entregar. Alem de mentir falando que ja havia saido, sendo que a mesma admitiu que o pedido estava atrasado e so entregou quando liguei pela quinta vez, ai sim chegou em 3 minutos, porque moro do lado. Incoerência, arrogância, despreparo e ainda mente pro cliente. Sem contar na porquice!!! Nunca mais eu compro nesta unidade e nao recomendo comprarem também!!!!

I've bought it in several branches of Casa Nova but this one leaves something to be desired.
Analhia or amalia (I didn't understand the name) was super arrogant and professionally unprepared to talk to the client. Not counting the 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver. In addition to lying saying that she had already left, and she admitted that the order was late and only delivered when I called for the fifth time, then it arrived in 3 minutes, because I live next door. Incoherence, arrogance, unpreparedness and even lies to the client. Not to mention the porquice!!! I'll never buy from this unit again and I don't recommend buying either!!!!
