★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refazendo a minha avaliação... Demorou sim, mais de 2 horas para chegar, tive dificuldade para falar lá. Quando consegui contato o Felipe assumiu o erro pela demora e após 15 min depois a pizza chegou, porém veio uma meio a meio ao invés de 2. Pagamos e o motoboy voltou para buscar a outra. Pizza super saborosa e otimó qualidade. Só precisam se organizar um pouco mais. ?
 Redoing my assessment ... It took more than 2 hours to arrive, I had difficulty speaking there. When I got in touch Felipe assumed the error for the delay and after 15 min later the pizza arrived, but it came a half and half instead of 2. We paid and the motoboy came back to get the other one. Super tasty pizza and great quality. They just need to organize themselves a little more. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço pedidos nessa pizzaria, mas quando se trata da pizza que ganha na promoção dos 10 selos ocorre um descaso muito grande.
Fiz o pedido pelo telefone da pizza grátis, pedindo um refrigerante junto, às 20:26hrs, agora são 22:06hrs e nada de entregar! O telefone só da ocupado faz 20 minutos.
Sempre fiz pedidos pelo ifood e pelo telefone e nunca tive problemas. Porém, as duas vezes que fiz o pedido da promoção dos selos, ocorreu um atraso muito grande na entrega. Parece que porque é grátis a pizza eles não ligam pro pedido. Lamentável!
Edit: 23:04hrs e nada de entregar ou atender o telefone.
Edit 2: A pizza chegou as 23:14hrs, o entregador muito educado se desculpou pelo atraso, dizendo que a pizzaria teve muitos pedidos hoje. Tudo bem, as vezes acontece. A pizza estava ótima! :)
I always order from this pizzeria, but when it comes to the pizza you win in the 10 stamps promotion, there is a very big disregard.
I ordered the free pizza over the phone, ordering a soda with it, at 20:26 hrs, now it's 22:06 hrs and no delivery! The phone has only been busy for 20 minutes.
I have always ordered by ifood and over the phone and never had any problems. However, the two times I made the order for the promotion of the stamps, there was a very long delay in delivery. It seems that because the pizza is free they don't care about the order. Unfortunate!

Edit 2: The pizza arrived at 11:14 pm, the very polite delivery man apologized for the delay, saying that the pizzeria had a lot of orders today. It's okay, sometimes it happens. The pizza was great! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood. Após mais de 20 minutos de atraso após o prazo estipulado para a entrega, telefonei ao restaurante. Um homem extremamente grosseiro e mal educado ao telefone cancelou o pedido, como se fosse eu o errado, e ainda bateu o telefone na minha cara. Pizzariazinha de baixíssima qualidade. Nao tem o mínimo de respeito com seus clientes e trata-os como se não precisasse deles. Acabei tendo de fazer outro pedido, na Pizzaria Mumosa, que veio corretamente e dentro do prazo. Se eu fosse você lendo esta avaliação, jamais pediria algo nessa Pizzaria Casória.
Obs: pode-se ver pela resposta à a avaliação de quem se trata. E nem sou o primeiro aqui nem a reclamar pelo mesmo motivo nem a receber resposta mal educada do estabelecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido na semana passada pelo Ifood. Confesso que fiquei com receio devido os comentários da avaliação do Google. Mas me surpreendeu! Chegou super bem embalado (em embalagem de pizza pra não derramar), no prazo estimado, o motoboy foi super educado comigo, além de tudo, o macarrão PERFEITO! Agora estou eu aqui, escrevendo essa avaliação que nem tenho costume de fazer e saboreando o macarrão pela segunda vez. ?
I placed an order last week for Ifood. I confess that I was afraid due to comments from Google's review. But it surprised me! It arrived very well packaged (in a pizza package so it wouldn't spill), within the estimated time, the courier was super polite to me, in addition to everything, the PERFECT pasta! Now I'm here, writing this review that I don't even have the habit of doing and enjoying the pasta for the second time. ?

Nem explicação dão, a educação é inexistente e o comprometimento com os prazos deles mesmos é zero!!! Pior pizzaria e atendimento que já vi no Ifood!!!
Respondendo ao nobre "pai de família" moro no submundo a 800 metros do seu "reino" e ainda assim vc conseguiu atrasar 1 hora e sua resposta é a maior prova da minha reclamação acima!! Belo tiro no pé em pleno Google Avaliações!! Boa sorte pra quem te der segunda chance!!
Delay Delay Delay!! I also neglect!! If your intention is to get angry with a place that acts like it's doing you a favor, the place is this Casoria!!! They don't even give an explanation, education is non-existent and their commitment to their own deadlines is zero!!! Worst pizzeria and service I've seen at Ifood!!!
Responding to the noble "father of the family" I live in the underworld 800 meters from his "kingdom" and yet you managed to delay 1 hour and your answer is the biggest proof of my claim above!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pedimos através do i food, por volta de 22:40, agora são 00:10 o pedido não chegou, ligamos diversas vezes e simplesmente ninguém atende. Acho uma falta de respeito e olhando aqui através dos comentários é algo recorrente. Se caso venham me responder e acharem que é mentira ou exagero o que eu passei, tenho prints de tudo (pedido do i food com horários, confirmação da pizzaria (ou seja aceitaram o meu pedido) e das ligações feitas que não foram atendidas).
Badly, we ordered through i food, around 22:40, now it's 00:10 the order didn't come, we called several times and simply no one answered. I think a lack of respect and looking through the comments here is something recurrent. If they come to answer me and think it's a lie or exaggeration what I went through, I have screenshots of everything (i food order with times, confirmation from the pizzeria (that is, they accepted my order) and the calls made that were not answered).
