★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atrasos de duas horas e meia para entregar a pizza. Coitado do motoboy que leva a culpa!! Só recebi por causa dos meus filhos que estavam com fome e já era tarde. Aí ficam enganando a gente com conversa fiada!! NUNCA MAIS CASTELLAMARY!!! Quem deu feedback positivo é parente da dona!!!
 Bad service, delays of two and a half hours to deliver the pizza. Poor motoboy who takes the blame!! I only received it because of my children who were hungry and it was too late. Then they are deceiving us with small talk!! NEVER AGAIN CASTELLAMARY!!! Whoever gave positive feedback is a relative of the owner!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria muito de deixar 5 estrelas porque a pizza era uma delícia e chega quentinha, MAS o ATENDIMENTO é horrível, só atendem você até o pagamento, depois não tira nenhuma dúvida, nada, atendimento NOTA 0. E hoje, fiz um pedido e reclamei por falta de resposta mandaram a pizza com a calabresa cheia de plástico, tive até nojo.
I would love to leave 5 stars because the pizza was delicious and arrives hot, BUT THE SERVICE is horrible, they only serve you until you pay, then don't take any doubts, nothing, service NOTE 0. And today, I placed an order and complained for lack of response, they sent the pizza with the pepperoni full of plastic, I was even disgusted.

The pizza is very good but the service is very bad not to mention the delay in delivery more than two hours to deliver a pizza is absurd it was the last time I ordered in this pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza e, após 1hr, eles me informaram que os ingredientes tinham acabado, portanto o meu pedido não poderia ser finalizado. APÓS UMA HORA!!! Nem cheguei a comer e nunca mais peço.
I ordered a pizza and after 1hr they informed me that the ingredients had run out so my order could not be finished. AFTER ONE HOUR!!! I didn't even eat it and I never order again.

It takes more than 2 hours to deliver the pizza absurd. Not to mention the last time I placed an order I waited over two hours when I called they said I hadn't placed the order. Service leaves something to be desired
