Se desse para dar 0 estrelas teria colocado. Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood hoje as 21hs com informação pelo aplicativo que em cerca de 70 a 80 minutos receberia o meu pedido. Aproximadamente 22:10 recebi a notificação do aplicativo que o pedido estava a caminho...devia estar vindo a pé, tentei contato com a pizzaria e sem sucesso, de repente o aplicativo me informou do cancelamento do pedido sem explicações, e eu tentando falar no local. Quando eram exatamente 22:50 consegui falar com o John, e ele me disse que o problema estava no aplicativo e que em 15 minutos receberia o meu pedido. Dei um crédito e aguardei. As 23:40 após inúmeras tentativas de contato por telefone conseguimos falar novamente e a atendente disse que estava tentando contato, pois não conseguiriam atender o pedido, que teve troca de gerente, que nosso pedido não tinha sido feito ainda, mas como na verdade já estávamos ligando para cancelar, foi só mais uma mentira para tentar justificar o ocorrido. Mas pasmem, 15 minutos depois me aparece o motoboy com as pizzas no baú...um pedido que foi feito as 21hs ser entregue a meia noite. Dispensei o motoboy, pois já tinha arrumado outra forma de refeição devido a demora, mas isso só mostra o despreparo e a desorganização dessa pizzaria. Era mais bonito falar que estavam com problema é que não dariam conta de atender os pedidos, do que fazer esse papelão enorme. Foi meu primeiro e último pedido nesse lugar.....nao recomendo de forma alguma...vao passar nervoso e vergonha com as visitas, como no meu caso.

When it was exactly 10:50 pm I was able to speak with John, and he told me that the problem was in the application and that in 15 minutes he would receive my order. I gave a credit and waited. At 11:40 pm after countless attempts to contact by phone we were able to speak again and the attendant said she was trying to contact, as they would not be able to fulfill the request, that there was a change of manager, that our request had not yet been made, but as in fact already we were calling to cancel, it was just another lie to try to justify what happened. But amazingly, 15 minutes later the motoboy with the pizzas in the trunk appears to me ... an order that was made at 9 pm to be delivered at midnight. I dismissed the motoboy, as I had already arranged another form of meal due to the delay, but this only shows the unpreparedness and disorganization of this pizzeria. It was more beautiful to say that they were in trouble, that they would not be able to fulfill orders, than to make this huge cardboard. It was my first and last request in that place ..... I do not recommend it at all ... they will be nervous and embarrassed by the visits, as in my case.

Uma pena que não pode dar -5 estrelas. Surreal o atraso na entrega.mandei mensagem querendo saber o que houve com meu pedido. Simplesmente me ignoraram. Primeira e última vez.

A pizza é boa, porém a demora na entrega e o comprometimento com a plataforma ( não cumprindo o horário) deixa a desejar !D depois de 1 hora da saída da entrega recebi meu pedido. Fica impossível preencher os 5 selos de fidelidade !

Só falta arrumar a questão dos valores das pizzas conforme relatado abaixo. Péssima pizzaria. Porque: 1) Ao pedir no ifood, apareceu 50-60 minutos, ao finalizar o pedido, aumentou para 70-80 minutos; 2) Não bastasse isso, não entregaram em 80 minutos, atrasou 30min (demorou quase 2h pra entregar); 3) Pelo ifood, mostram o valor da pizza de 2 sabores de acordo com o sabor escolhido, por exemplo frango R$ 20 e calabresa R$ 14, você seleciona isso e dá R$ 40 no final, eles cobram sempre o maior valor, ou seja, não fazem como divulgam no ifood (preço proporcional de cada metade, que seria R$ 20 + 14 = 34), propaganda enganosa. Devem cobrar o que está divulgando, ou seja, o preço sobre cada sabor; 4) Pagamos R$ 4 pela borda de catupiry e não veio NADA de borda, estava seca, inclusive alguns pedaços a borda estava aberta.

DESCASO COM O CLIENTE. 1° vez que peço pelo Ifood, estou a mais de 2 horas esperando e NADA . Tive que cancelar o pedido . Péssima experiência! NAO recomendo!

Muito ruim o tempo de espera, você faz um pedido e eles simplesmente não cumprem o prazo de entrega e ainda pra ajudar enrolam demais com a desculpa que não tem motoboy disponível. Assim quando seu pedido chega você tem uma pizza fria e um refrigerante quente. SE QUISER ALGO QUENTE E QUE CUMPRA O PRAZO DE ENTREGA NÃO PERCA TEMPO PEDINDO NESSE LUGAR

Eu pedi por delivery, e sinceramente que decepção. Primeiro esqueceram a coca cola, tudo bem o motoboy foi buscar e foi um problema resolvido com rapidez, mas falando do produto é realmente muito decepcionante. A borda estava totalmente queimada, e não tinha NADA de requeijão, era apenas massa, não foi por isso que eu paguei. Fora que o recheio era pra ser calabresa mas na verdade tinha muito mais cebola. Não sei qual o padrão de tamanho das suas pizzas, mas a minha impressão é que vocês apenas cortaram mais em um pizza que deveria ter oito pedaços. Além disso, a pizza estava bastante seca.

Caiu bastante a qualidade da pizza, borda grossa, queimada, não tinha requeijão, massa parece uma folha de papel e quase nada de recheio, uma vergonha vender dessa qualidade pelo preço que cobram. Nunca mais compro na Castelli.
The quality of the pizza has dropped a lot, thick edge, burnt, there was no curd, dough looks like a sheet of paper and almost no filling, a shame to sell this quality for the price they charge. I will never buy from Castelli again.
