★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minhas experiências foram péssimas com a Cattani da Av. Iguatemi. A variedade de sabores é boa, a pizza é razoável e o preço justo. Mas as coisas positivas acabam por aí. Nas duas vezes que pedi com eles tive aborrecimentos com a demora na entrega, na primeira vez foi mais de 1h, mas pelo menos a pizza chegou. Na segunda vez se superaram! 1h e 30mim de espera sem nenhuma satisfação, não atendiam telefone, nem zap. Quando finalmente consegui falar para cancelar a pizza disseram que já tinha saído para entregar e depois de mais 1h de espera a pizza nunca chegou. Vergonha de atendimento! Inacreditável o despreparo em situações de crise. Sugestão, façam uma reciclagem com seus funcionários e melhorem esse atendimento.
Unfortunately my experiences were bad with Cattani Av. Iguatemi. The variety of flavors is good, the pizza is reasonable and the price fair. But the positive things end there. Both times I asked them had trouble with the slow delivery, the first time was more than 1 hour, but at least the pizza arrived. The second time they outdid themselves! 1h and 30m to wait without any satisfaction, did not meet phone, or zap. When I finally got to speak to cancel the pizza they said they had already left to deliver and after another 1h waiting pizza never arrived. Service shame! Unbelievable unpreparedness in crisis situations. Suggestion, do a recycling with your employees and improve this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao comprei mais nessa pizzaria eles discriminam o cliente pois eu moro px conder eles cancelaram meu pedido no ifood com a desculpa de que eu pois o endereco errado ou incompleto coisa que nao aconteceu pois a localizacao e feita pelo proprio aplicativo falta de respeito total e discriminação social

Peço sempre por entrega a domicílio, pelo ifood, e a cada nova oportunidade, a satisfação apenas aumentou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via Whatsapp ruim, malmente dão um "Boa noite" Ontem entrei com contato por um número e simplesmente não me deram um Boa noite, mandaram o contato da pizzaria da Avenida Iguatemi.. Todos os atendimentos foram péssimos, desistir e comprei em outro lugar.
Bad service via Whatsapp, they barely say "Good night" Yesterday I got in touch with a number and they just didn't give me a Good night, they sent the contact of the pizzeria on Avenida Iguatemi.. All the calls were terrible, I gave up and bought somewhere else .
