Além do valor ser justo ela é muito saborosa ??

1° vez fiz o pedido levou 40 minutos para o responsável dizer que não tinha mais o tamanho grande que pedi, apenas o médio. Pela demanda e o produto faltar okay mas levar exatos 40 minutos pra avisar o cliente é complicado.
2° vez fiz o pedido quando fui buscar não tinham anotado e o expediente já tinha encerrado. Neste o responsável muito gentil me deu uma pizza que tinha ficado guardada pra ele, paguei levei a pizza e tudo terminou bem.
3° vez que no caso foi hoje, fiz um pedido da pizza média promocional, após 50 minutos fui buscar e não tinham anotado meu pedido mesmo eu mandando mensagem e tendo resposta.
Os responsáveis são muito educados, a qualidade da pizza é muito boa mas do que adianta o bom sabor e o cliente esperar 50 minutos por uma pizza e ela não está pronta, se quer com o pedido anotado? É complicado. Uma crítica construtiva de uma cliente que gosta do trabalho de vocês mas espera que haja uma melhora, grata.
Quality of the pizza is great but it leaves something to be desired in terms of delivery.
1st time I placed the order it took 40 minutes for the person in charge to say that he was no longer the big size I ordered, just the medium. Due to demand and the product is lacking okay but taking exactly 40 minutes to notify the customer is complicated.
2nd time I made the request when I went to get it, they hadn't written it down and the file had already ended. In this the very kind person gave me a pizza that had been kept for him, I paid, I took the pizza and everything ended well.
3rd time in the case today, I placed an order for the average promotional pizza, after 50 minutes I went to get it and they had not taken my order even though I was sending a message and having an answer.
Those responsible are very polite, the quality of the pizza is very good but what good is the good and the customer waits 50 minutes for a pizza and it is not ready, if you want with the order noted? It's complicated. A constructive criticism from a client who likes your work but is grateful for an improvement.
