★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxa de entrega abusiva, no aplicativo mostra um valor, mas sempre ligam informando que é um valor maior. Antes no app era 4 reais e eles cobravam 6, agora no app esta 6 reais e eles ligam informando que é 8. Jaja vc está no mesmo preço que a pizza.
Abusive delivery rate, in the app shows a value, but they always call informing you that it is a higher value. Before the app it was 4 reais and they charged 6, now in the app it's 6 reais and they call saying it's 8. Jaja you're at the same price as the pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um pedido as 21:10 disseram q a espera seria de 40 a 60 min, chegou depois de 3 horas e fria, ligamos varias vezes e informavam q ja havia saído.
Teria sido mais bonito pedir p irmos buscar, ja que nao tem funcionarios suficientes para entrega, nao ficar mentindo, perderam clientes!!!
We placed an order at 9:10 pm they said the wait would be 40 to 60 min, it arrived after 3 hours and cold, we called several times and informed that it had already left.
It would have been nicer to ask us to pick it up, since there aren't enough employees for delivery, don't lie, they lost customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Além de demorar pra entregar, a pizza veio com borda e massa toda queimada. Tinha pedido com borda de requeijão e veio borda de vento e queimada ainda.
Terrible service. In addition to taking a long time to deliver, the pizza came with a burnt edge and crust. I had asked for it with a curd edge and it came with a wind edge and still burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido por telefone com a Emily as 21h20, esta me passou o tempo de espera entre 30 e 40 minutos no máximo. Passadas 3 HORAS e meu pedido sequer havia saído... as 23h40 eles quiseram fazer a entrega... lamentável o atendimento, pois qdo liguei perguntando o status do meu pedido a Emily disse que não saberia informar pois ela só fazia o pedido (e tbm não poderia perguntar pra ngm pelo visto).
I placed an order by phone with Emily at 9:20 pm, she gave me the waiting time between 30 and 40 minutes at most. After 3 HOURS and my order had not even come out... at 23:40 they wanted to deliver... regrettable the service, because when I called asking for the status of my order Emily said she could not inform because she only placed the order (and Also couldn't ask ngm apparently).

Pedi que trocassem a que tinha cebola ... depois de 20 mint só pra verem minha reclamação... quase uma hs pra me entregarem... COM CEBOLA NOVAMENTE ... e mandaram uma a mais que não era troca ...
Depois de ver que estava novamente com cebola a raiva e a insatisfação tomou conta ...
Eles me ligaram pra buscar a pizza eu disse que não queria mais eles aqui
Que não ia devolver nada

I ordered a pizza without onions and without crust.
sent wrong
I asked them to exchange the one with the onion... after 20 mint just to see my complaint... almost an hour for them to deliver it to me... WITH ONION AGAIN... and they sent one more that was not an exchange...
After seeing that I had onions again, anger and dissatisfaction took over...
They called me to get the pizza I said I didn't want them here anymore
that I would not return anything
