★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Mais de 1 hora de atraso, ligamos no local várias vezes é sempre com a resposta de "o motoqueiro já saiu". Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longe de ser a melhor, Em um dia de semana demorar 1 hora pra fazer e 1 hora e 30 min pra entregar é uma tremenda falta de consideração com o consumidor.
Péssima experiencia ! A quem for comprar nesse lugar preparem para passar raiva.
Não gostei do atendimento, da demora e muito menos da pizza.
E não tera uma outra proxima, podem ter certeza.
Far from being the best, On a weekday it takes 1 hour to make and 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver is a tremendous lack of consideration for the consumer.
Bad experience! Whoever is going to buy in this place, prepare to be angry.
I didn't like the service, the delay and much less the pizza.
And there won't be another one next, you can be sure.

Fiz pedido pelo IFOOD, com 40 minutos de atraso me disseram que tinha acabado de sair, depois de 40 minutos de mais atraso, simplesmente cancelarameu pedido sem nenhum aviso prévio para que eu pudesse pedir em outro lugar. Tremenda falta de respeito e empatia.
Terrible! Worst service of my life. I ordered through IFOOD, 40 minutes late I was told I had just left, after 40 minutes more late, they simply canceled my order without any notice so I could order elsewhere. Tremendous lack of respect and empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa. Sou cliente há alguns anos. Aliás, eu era cliente! Ultimamente, o desrespeito e falta de interesse em atender bem ultrapassa qualquer limite de bom senso e paciência. Pedir uma pizza, esperar 2 horas e 30 minutos, e não receber é lamentável. Isso por 2 vezes!!! Sim, sem justificativa. Simplesmente vc tem que desistir do pedido. Tentei continuar cliente, mas não dá. Fui buscar a pizza pessoalmente. Dia de semana, sem movimento, nenhum cliente no salão, e conseguiriam errar a pizza. Aí vc reclama, e a atendente diz que a culpa é da cozinha!!!!! Como assim??? Vou reclamar com o pizzaiolo??? Sem falar na qualidade dos ingredientes. Pior que as antigas pizzas de 10, 15 reais. É triste ver uma empresa do bairro cada dia pior. Mas os concorrentes agradecem. Ah, com certeza agradecem.
It used to be good. I've been a customer for a few years. In fact, I was a customer! Lately, disrespect and lack of interest in serving well exceeds any limit of common sense and patience. Ordering a pizza, waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes, and not receiving it is unfortunate. This twice!!! Yes, without justification. You simply have to cancel the order. I tried to remain a client, but it doesn't work. I went to get the pizza myself. Weekdays, no movement, no customers in the salon, and they could miss the pizza. Then you complain, and the attendant says it's the kitchen's fault!!!!! Like this??? Am I going to complain to the pizzaiolo??? Not to mention the quality of the ingredients. Worse than the old 10, 15 reais pizzas. It's sad to see a neighborhood company getting worse every day. But the competitors thank you. Oh, they sure do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o consumidor, fiz o meu pedido para retirar e para minha frustração, ao chegar no estabelecimento ninguém sabia informar sobre o meu pedido, todos os funcionários sem exceção, estavam perdidos e sem resposta sobre o meu pedido... Sinceramente só aguardei para levar pois os meus filhos estavam ansiosos aguardando pelas esfihas. NUNCA MAIS !!!!!!!!
Negligence with the consumer, I made my order to withdraw and to my frustration, when I arrived at the establishment no one knew about my order, all the employees without exception, were lost and had no answer about my order... take it because my children were anxiously waiting for the esfihas. NEVER !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, mal atendimento, demorou 2 horas e 20 pra entregar, pizza fria, sem refri, mussarela com catupiry pra render, a pizza de calabresa veio com tomates inteiros praticamente.... Super despreparados
Terrible, poor service, it took 2 hours and 20 to deliver, cold pizza, no soda, mozzarella with catupiry to deliver, pepperoni pizza came with practically whole tomatoes.... Super unprepared
