★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência! Esperei mais de 3h e nada de entregar minha pizza! Liguei várias e várias vezes. Falava que o entregador estava chegando e nunca chegava. A pizza nunca chegou, e eu já havia feito o pagamento pelo cartão! Eles nem pra fazer o reembolso, tive que ir lá buscar meu dinheiro de volta. TOTAL ABSURDO E DESCASO COM O CLIENTE. Se tivesse 0 estrela, eu dava.
 Worst experience ever! I waited more than 3h and nothing to deliver my pizza! I called over and over again. He said that the delivery man was arriving and never arrived. The pizza never arrived, and I had already paid by card! They didn't even have to pay me back, I had to go there and get my money back. TOTAL ABSURD AND DISASTER WITH THE CUSTOMER. If I had 0 stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma so palavra PESSIMO!!! Atendimento Arrogante e devia cancelar já quando cobraram 2 vezes a entrega falando come desculpa que o combo è assim. Entrega atrasada e quanto mais! Lendo as respostas deles ao comentario so escrevem desculpa colocando a culpa em outros, uma vez a chuva, outra os entregadores......e no final a pizza fria e ruim. Parabens! Nunca MAIS!!!
One word AWFUL!!! Arrogant service and should have canceled already when they charged 2 times for delivery saying sorry that the combo is like this. Late delivery and how much more! Reading their responses to the comment they only write sorry putting the blame on others, once the rain, once the delivery guys...... and in the end the cold and bad pizza. Happy birthday! Never!!!

A atendente só fala no whats e não pode receber, ouvir áudio ou ligar para o cliente.
Tive um problema com um refrigerante que não fio entregue devido a funcionária esquecer de dar no ato da retirada...
Daí a loja ligou porém disse que não ligava p cliente...
Tive que ir buscar pq o erro foi meu de n ter levado o refrigerante.
Não entende a situação do fato e n tenta agradar o cliente.
A culpa foi da loja em não dar o refrigerante na hora da entrega da pizza.
Não compro mais e nem indico.
