★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram muitas as vezes que pedimos nesse local e em TODAS elas a pizza chegou totalmente tombada, com metade da massa sem qualquer recheio.
Não adianta conversar com o atendente, pedir
educadamente por cuidado, nem nada do tipo, a pizza continua sempre vindo tombada. Parece que fazem de propósito.
O sabor não compensa o desgaste e a decepção de pagar por algo e não receber o produto como pediu.
 There were many times that we ordered in this place and in ALL of them the pizza arrived totally tipped, with half the dough without any filling.
There's no use talking to the attendant, asking
politely out of care, or anything like that, the pizza always comes overturned. It looks like they do it on purpose.
The taste does not compensate for the wear and disappointment of paying for something and not receiving the product as requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grata surpresa. Sábado à noite com pizza em um dia de chuva, tem coisa melhor? Para escolher fomos ao Google e escolhemos uma pizzaria delivery perto de casa com bom preço e bem avaliada. Encontramos a Pizzaria do Bairro - unidade Tatuapé. Que surpresa agradável, pedimos meia escalora com bacon e muçarela e meia calabresa com cebola. Feita no forno a lenha, deliciosa, bem temperada, bem recheada e com sal no ponto. Vou experimentar outras para ver se a qualidade persiste.
Pleasant surprise. Saturday night with pizza on a rainy day, is there anything better? To choose we went to Google and chose a pizza delivery close to home with a good price and well evaluated. We found Pizzeria do Bairro - Tatuapé unit. What a pleasant surprise, we ordered half escalora with bacon and mozzarella and half pepperoni with onion. Made in the wood oven, delicious, well seasoned, well stuffed and with salt on point. I will try others to see if the quality persists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço nessa pizzaria, os produtos são de qualidade e sempre bem feitos, porém hoje vacilaram muito, demoraram quase duas horas para entregar o meu pedido, enquanto pedi informações do meu pedido, fiquei sem resposta enquanto a equipe de atendimento estava online no WhatsApp, liguei na pizzaria e pediram para que esperassem por mais 15 minutos. Me pediram desculpas, mas não fizeram um nada para reparar o erro, não mandaram nem um mísero brinde para se quer compensar todo o atraso.
De fato fiquei bem decepcionada e tenho dúvidas se voltarei a pedir na unidade.
I always order from this pizzeria, the products are quality and always well made, but today they hesitated a lot, it took almost two hours to deliver my order, while I asked for information about my order, I had no answer while the service team was online on WhatsApp, I called the pizzeria and they asked them to wait another 15 minutes. They apologized to me, but they didn't do anything to fix the mistake, they didn't even send a measly toast to make up for all the delay.
In fact I was very disappointed and I have doubts if I will order from the unit again.
