 Bad service, rude staff, they sent the wrong pizza, they didn't change it and treated me very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido mais de 1 hr para entregar passando do prazo de entrega , eles sabem que precisam de mais motoboy e não fazem isso prefere atrasar o pedido e perder cliente, decepcionado totalmente , si vocês continuar com o delivery desse jeito vão perder todos os clientes .
I placed an order more than 1 hr to deliver after the delivery deadline, they know they need more motoboys and they don't do that, they prefer to delay the order and lose customer, totally disappointed, if you continue with delivery like this you will lose all customers .

Estava no meu direito de recusar, uma vez que nunca vi um pedido demorar 2h e 20m para ser entregue. Eu pedi uma pizza, e não um buffet para 20 pessoas para demorar tudo isso.
Se continuarem assim, logo, logo estão a baixo de 4 estrelas. Apesar que 4 estrelas já não é uma boa avaliação. Imagine pior...
Unfortunately I had to cancel my order. The motoboy arrived with the order after a 2h and 20m wait.
It was within my right to refuse, as I have never seen an order take 2h and 20m to be delivered. I ordered a pizza, not a buffet for 20 people to take all that.
If they continue like this, then they are below 4 stars. Although 4 stars is no longer a good rating. Imagine worse...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Fizemos um pedido, deram o prazo de entrega de no máximo 60 minutos. Passados 80 minutos ainda não havia chegado. Ligamos perguntando e informaram que o motoboy já estava a caminho e que retornariam nossa ligação pra passar mais informações. Após 1h40 ainda não haviam nos dado um retorno e falaram novamente que o motoboy tinha acabado de sair. Acabamos cancelando o pedido. Não houve nenhuma tentativa da atendente em solucionar o problema e ela ainda alegou a demora falando que a pizzaria era longe por isso demorava, sendo que a distância era de 14 minutos e na hora de fechar o pedido não foi nos dito nada que nosso endereço era distante. Enfim, péssimo atendimento!
Horrible! We placed an order, they gave a maximum delivery time of 60 minutes. After 80 minutes it still hadn't arrived. We called asking and informed that the motoboy was already on his way and that they would return our call to pass on more information. After 1h40 they still hadn't given us a return and they said again that the motoboy had just left. We ended up canceling the order. There was no attempt by the attendant to solve the problem and she still claimed the delay saying that the pizzeria was far so it took time, and the distance was 14 minutes and when closing the order we were not told anything that our address was distant. All in all, bad service!
