Terrible attendance! I asked for ifood pizza and soda and they only delivered the pizza... they said they would bring me back the soda but after 2 hours they said they would return it to me by pix. It's been 4 hours and they haven't refunded me the amount or the soda...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nesse lugar! Absurdo fazem os outros de besta. Comprei uma pizza fiquei acompanhando pelo Ifood quando falaram que saíram de lá meu marido desceu para receber. Me ligaram eu atendi e a ligação caiu. Acabou o tempo de entrega mandei mensagem a atendente falou que já estava chegando, pedi para ela confirmar pois meu marido estava lá em baixo na portaria esperando, ela falou moça deu pedido já está chegando, passou mais 15 minutos e nada mandei outra mensagem ela respondeu que o motoboy veio até aqui interfonou e ninguém atendeu e voltou. me diz como ? Se meu marido estava o tempo todo na portaria. Absurdo pouco caso, falta de responsabilidade.
Don't buy from this place! Absurd they make others stupid. I bought a pizza and followed Ifood when they said they left there my husband went down to receive it. They called me, I answered and the call was disconnected. Delivery time ran out I sent a message to the attendant said it was already arriving, I asked her to confirm because my husband was downstairs at the concierge waiting, she said girl gave the order is coming, 15 more minutes passed and nothing I sent another message she replied that the motoboy came here and called and no one answered and came back. tell me how ?
