★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza pelo aplicativo. Previsão de entrega 23:21 - 23:31. Liguei pra lá 23:40 e eles disseram que já tinha saído. 23:57 eles cancelaram a bosta do pedido. Liguei novamente e eles disseram que não atendi a porta, o que é uma mentira já que meu interfone nunca tocou (e está funcionando perfeitamente). JAMAIS PEÇAM NADA NESSE LUGAR. É UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE.
 I ordered a pizza by the app. Estimated delivery 23:21 to 23:31. I called there 23:40 and they said they had already left. 23:57 they canceled the shit request. I called again and they said they did not answer the door, which is a lie because my intercom never played (and is running smoothly). NEVER ASK NOTHING IN THIS PLACE. It IS A LACK OF RESPECT WITH CUSTOMER.

Pedi uma pizza 21:31 já são 23:36 e vieram me dizer agora que não faz entrega no meu bairro. Cara se tu não tem competência para fazer entregas em outros bairros, não deveria nem colocar no Ifood. Achei ridículo oq vcs fizeram e fazem com várias pessoas. Falta de respeito, de comprometimento e lealdade aos clientes. Fica mais uma indignação de vários que vcs já tiveram. PASSE BEM!
First of all, my will was for no stars, but it is possible to expose what happened cmg. I ordered a 21:31 pizza and it is 23:36 and they came to tell me now that they don't deliver to my neighborhood. Dude if you don't have the competence to deliver to other neighborhoods, you shouldn't even put it on Ifood. I found it ridiculous what you did and do with several people. Lack of respect, commitment and loyalty to customers. It is more an indignation of several that you guys already had. TAKE CARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra pelo ifood e não recebi, foi debitado e não consegui o reembolso pq eles não cancelaram msmo eu tendo passado 5h pedindo o cancelamento. Não comprem aqui... Na boa essa pizzaria ja foi boa... Mas agora estão pouco se importando com os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido no ifood e após 2 horas de atraso cancelaram o pedido, número de telefone não sei pra que tem se as atendente desligam na sua cara, estão fazendo hora com o consumidor. Número do telefone no ifood não funciona, pizzaria sem credibilidade, se isso é pizzaria mesmo.
