★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, sempre compramos nessa pizzaria, hoje mandaram pizza errada,( falha funcional, troca de comanda), está foi a alegação.
Depois vieram retirar a pizza errada, depois de mais uns 20 minutos, mandaram a correta, porém chegou muito fria..( a atendente havia me informado que estavam fazendo a pizza para enviar).
 Good night, we always shop at this pizzeria, today they sent the wrong pizza, (functional failure, change of command), this was the allegation.
Then they came to remove the wrong pizza, after another 20 minutes, they sent the correct one, but it arrived very cold (the attendant had informed me that they were making the pizza to be sent).

Péssima pizzaria manda pizza errada não resolve o problema e não dar nenhuma satisfação ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes a 5 anos, sempre pedíamos e indicavamos a pizzaria Dom Lorenzo. Por 3x fiz reclamação. A primeira por tempo de espera acima de 80 min., entendi que imprevistos acontecem, segunda vez a pizza veio com tomate estragado sinalizei. As últimas duas vezes que pedimos notamos que a qualidade dos ingredientes mudaram, a pizza calabresa já não tem a mesma qualidade e encontramos pele que envolve a linguiça e deve ser retirada, a mussarela muito salgada. Hoje pedimos novamente e para nossa surpresa mais uma vez rodelas de tomate estragadas, enviei mensagem e nem um pedido de desculpas pela insatisfação do cliente aconteceu. Infelizmente essa foi a última vez que pedimos, talvez um cliente não faça diferença ( no nosso caso 6 clientes , pq ninguém comprará mais), mas o respeito com o cliente é essencial.
We have been customers for 5 years, we always asked and recommended the Dom Lorenzo pizzeria. For 3x I complained. The first time for a waiting time of over 80 min., I understand that unforeseen events happen, the second time the pizza came with spoiled tomato, I signaled. The last two times we asked, we noticed that the quality of the ingredients changed, the pepperoni pizza is no longer of the same quality and we find the skin that surrounds the sausage and must be removed, the mozzarella is very salty. Today we ordered again and to our surprise once again spoiled tomato slices, I sent a message and not even an apology for the customer's dissatisfaction happened. Unfortunately this was the last time we asked, maybe one customer doesn't matter (in our case 6 customers, because no one will buy more), but respect for the customer is essential.

Quando liguei disseram que aceitava meu cartão e quando o motoboy chegou disse que não aceitava e ainda
Me entregaram uma pizza errada e quando liguei pra reclamar ainda foram grosseiros
E após 1 hora e 30 minutos de espera , vieram fazer a troca
E a qualidade da pizza está péssima !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes a anos a pizza sempre foi muito boa, mais de uns tempos para cá caiu muito a qualidade do atendimento, e toda vez vem pizza errada com ingredientes errados tudo errado, pizza que demora mais de uma hora para chegar.
Você recla as meninas que te atendende são mau educadas e nem pedem desculpas ou fazem algum esforço para agradar os clientes, resumindo quem precisa de nós clientes são vocês, e não somos nós clientes que precisamos de vocês ok ! Perdeu mais um cliente quer dizer mais eu e minha família e amigos não indico mais a ninguém falhas acontecem mais falta de respeito é demais.
