★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no Ifood, exatas 21:59hrs, entrega prevista 22:59/23:09hrs, fiquei em frente do condomínio até 23:40hrs, nada do pedido, nenhuma mensagem da loja no aplicativo, até que notei no aplicativo que haviam colocado como “Entregue”, como se o valor fosse ficar para eles, pelo menos deveria não ter aceito ou cancelado antes, fiz os procedimentos para que me estornasse, até então pelo aplicativo será realizado o estorno, porém se o foco fosse estornar, não teria nem feito o pedido do meu item... no tempo que fiquei em frente do condomínio em meu carro com as lanternas acesas, fiz outros pedidos e não tive nenhum problema, todos entregues, porém da mesma não obtive o sucesso e nenhuma explicação sobre, pois no momento que é reaberto o pedido por atraso, o chat retorna ativo, poderiam ter dito algo pelo menos, só cancelaram sem explicação às 00:13hrs.
