★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos uma pizza as 21:50, e ela veio chegar às 00:15 e ainda veio sem o refrigerante no pedido...
De que adianta ter uma pizza boa, porém tem um atendimento péssimo e uma demora na entrega.
Não indico pra ninguém... A não ser que queira passar nervoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu simplesmente amo a pizza e o atendimento de lá,compro nessa pizzaria à mais de 10 anos,comprava quando ela ficava na Av Dom pedro I,e agora compro ela ficando na Rufino ambos endereços em Diadema,nunca abandonei e nem troquei de pizzaria,todas as vezes que compro em outro lugar me arrependo sempre. Vale a pena qualquer sabor lá,pq a qualidade deles é demais.
I just love the pizza and the service there, I bought it at this pizzeria for over 10 years, I bought it when she was at Av Dom Pedro I, and now I buy her staying at Rufino, both addresses in Diadema, I never abandoned or changed pizzeria, every time I buy elsewhere I always regret it. Any flavor is worth it, because their quality is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me passaram um valor do pedido e me mandaram menas quantidade, quando eu reclamei , disse que errou no valor e que me mandaria as que ficou faltando e eu teria que dar 5,00 a mais... fora plastico com ponta que veio dentro de uma pizza... descaso
They gave me an order value and they sent me a smaller amount, when I complained, they said that the value was wrong and that they would send me the ones that were missing and I would have to give 5.00 more... out of plastic with a tip that came inside a pizza... neglect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza é a melhor porém demora para entregar e poderia abrir mais cedo. Abre as 18:00 mas começam atender18:30 e até entregar.
Pizza is the best but it takes time to deliver and could open earlier. It opens at 18:00 but they start to meet 18:30 and even deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já time 4 problemas com essa pizzaria. O mais recente simplesmente não entregaram e quando liguei para tirar as devidas satisfações não se deram o trabalho nem de atender. Fora a outra vez que fiz um outro pedido e colocaram o pagamento em parcelas de 5x sem minha autorização.
I already have 4 problems with this pizzeria. The most recent one just didn't deliver and when I called to get the due satisfaction they didn't even bother to answer. It was the other time that I made another order and they placed the payment in 5x installments without my authorization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma pizza nunca me entregaram , a segunda vez comprei uma pizza parcelaram em 5x sem a minha permissão , a terceira vez pedi um sabor de pizza e me entregaram outro, hoje dia 31/07/21 pedi uma pizza e não me entregaram , não recomendo essa pizzaria , perdeu totalmente a credibilidade , não tem nenhum compromisso com os clientes.
I bought a pizza they never delivered to me , the second time I bought a pizza in 5 installments without my permission , the third time I asked for a pizza flavor and they gave me another one , today 07/31/21 I asked for a pizza and they did not deliver it , no I recommend this pizzeria, it has totally lost credibility, it has no commitment to customers.
