★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como da zero estrela, essa seria a minha nota! Péssimo atendimento, acho melhor vocês trocarem de funcionário, devem estar perdendo muito dinheiro aí! Fiz o pedido via telefone 20hrs, e depois de 2hrs aguardando EM FRENTE do local de entrega, resolvi ligar, e a atendente falou que tinham vindo entregar e não tinha ninguém, a menina é tão mentirosa e não sabe nem mentir, que nem sabia do nosso pedido ou seja não tinha anotado e fez a sonsa! Realizamos o pedido novamente e passou de mais de 3hrs de espera. Sinceramente nem nas pizzarias mais movimentadas eu nunca vi tanto descaso com o cliente assim.

I placed the order via telephone at 20hrs, and after 2hrs waiting IN FRONT of the delivery place, I decided to call, and the attendant said that they had come to deliver and there was no one, the girl is such a liar and doesn't even know how to lie, that she didn't even know about our request ie had not written down and made the sonsa! We placed the order again and it took more than 3 hours to wait. Honestly, not even in the busiest pizzerias I've never seen so much disregard for the customer like this.

Possui brinquedos para crianças e uma boa variedade de pizzas e massas. Delivery também é ótimo, além de ter deliciosos hambúrgueres são super rápidos!!
Amazing!!! From the service to the products, my family and I loved to stay in the city for a while and go to the carvery which was excellent! It has toys for children and a good variety of pizzas and pastas. Delivery is also great, besides having delicious hamburgers they are super fast!!

Fiquei chateado, pois estava com uma criança excepcional que não fica muito tempo parada por se sentir incomodada eles foram insensíveis. Nessa franquia não volto mais. Se eles perceberem que tem alguém que come bem eles evitam sua mesa. Foi uma experiência ruim nesse local. Vou conhecer outras pizzarias Dom leal , pois em Arraial não gostei do atendimento, como se fosse de graça. Gastei $ 240,00 e fiquei insatisfeito.
Unfortunately I didn't like the service, it was humiliating for me, the waiters passed my table with the pizza and didn't stop at my table. I complained and it got worse. I was upset, because I was with an exceptional child who doesn't stay still for a long time because he feels uncomfortable. They were insensitive. I will never go back to this franchise. If they see someone who eats well, they avoid your table. It was a bad experience at this location. I'm going to visit other Dom Leal pizzerias, because in Arraial I didn't like the service, as if it were free. I spent $240.00 and was dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o rodízio nesta pizzaria. Ficámos fãs! Serviço excelente, pizzas deliciosas, imensos sabores. Viemos numa altura em que o restaurante estava cheio e as pizzas estavam sempre a sair, nunca ficámos muito tempo à espera. Os empregados são incríveis, super atenciosos. Recomendo!
The all-you-can-eat in this pizzeria is very good. We became fans! Excellent service, delicious pizzas, lots of flavors. We came at a time when the restaurant was full and pizzas were always coming out, we never waited long. The employees are amazing, super attentive. I recommend!
