A pizza veio queimada na parte de baixo e para refazer demoraria mais de 1 hora, pedimos o reembolso pois já era mais de 23:40 quando chegou, porém o mesmo até agora não o fez . Guardei a pizza para devolver, o mínimo que poderiam fazer era devolver o valor pago já que a pizza está intragável.
A total disregard for the customer. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and it would take more than 1 hour to remake it, we asked for a refund as it was already 23:40 when it arrived, but the same has not been done so far. I saved the pizza to return, the least they could do was return the amount paid since the pizza is inedible.
