★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns meses atrás deixei de comprar na Dunas ,pq sempre pedia pizza de um jeito me traziam de outro.. Hj resolvi comprar novamente, e mais uma vez ,só decepção..
Parece que faz de propósito, pq errar uma vez,tudo bem ,mas 4,5 vezes já é de mais ..
A few months ago I stopped buying at Dunas, because I always ordered pizza in one way, they brought me another.. Today I decided to buy it again, and once again, just disappointed..
It seems like it's done on purpose, because it's wrong once, that's fine, but 4.5 times is too much ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza caiu muito em qualidade, a massa parece ser crua, até pra comer da trabalho, comprei e joguei a metade fora, os ingredientes inclusive o queijo não tem qualidade.
The pizza dropped a lot in quality, the dough seems to be raw, even to eat at work, I bought and threw half away, the ingredients including the cheese are not of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre comprava no Dunas. Até que a qualidade dos ingredientes e sabor caíram muito. O recheio cai todo da massa ao pegar a fatia. Além disso já comprei a pizza de lasanha e a carne estava estranha, estragada. A massa é muito fina, parece crua na parte das bordas. As pizzas que têm calabresa moída parecem misturadas com outra coisa, sem sabor de calabresa. Sempre que comprava pensava que era a última vez que aconteceria algo errado. Mas pelo visto não se dedicam para entregar uma boa pizza. E agora foi a última vez que comprei.
I always shopped at Dunas. Until the quality of ingredients and flavor dropped a lot. The filling falls out of the dough when you pick up the slice. Also, I already bought the lasagna pizza and the meat was strange, spoiled. The dough is very thin, looks raw at the edges. Pizzas that have ground pepperoni seem mixed with something else, without pepperoni flavor. Whenever I bought it I thought it was the last time something wrong would happen. But apparently they are not dedicated to delivering a good pizza. And now was the last time I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxa de entrega 4 reais! Sem contar que se for pedir na semana demora pra responder! Atendimento foi péssimo pelo WhatsApp! E tem um valor mínimo de compra, pra eles fazerem entrega! Além de cobrar 4 reais de entrega ainda tem que comprar uma quantidade mínima! Ontem e hoje tentei comprar algo pra comer mais sempre com esses problemas! Vou lá na semana pra ver se o Atendimento pessoal a melhor pq pelo WhatsApp é 0, Passa as vezes 20 30 minutos pra responder no WhatsApp isso na semana! Falta total de respeito com o cliente! O moça lá que atende super ignorante fala com o cliente de forma abusiva, olha as mensagens e não responde!
