Very simple restaurant in need of renovation. On the other hand, the pizza is wonderful! I always opt for the arugula with sun-dried tomato, perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tive que levantar tanto para pegar o cardápio quanto para fazer o pedido. Minhas esfirras demoraram muito pra chegar (pedimos tanto para comer no local quanto pra levar), e quando fomos pegar as esfirras que íamos levar não estavam prontas e demoraram mais quinze minutos para "sair do forno". Total falta de comprometimento com o consumidor... O que aconteceu com aquela pizzaria super renomada que a Donatello era? Não foi a primeira vez que tivemos problemas, mas mesmo assim demos a segunda chance... Não irei mais e nem indicarei para ninguém...
O melhor foi, todas as pessoas que estavam comigo naquele dia passaram mal depois e tiveram dores na barriga, ou seja, arrependimento total...
Terrible service, had to get up both to get the menu and to order. My esfirras took a long time to arrive (we ordered both to eat in and to take away), and when we went to get the esfirras that we were going to take, they weren't ready and took another fifteen minutes to "come out of the oven". Total lack of commitment to the consumer... What happened to that super renowned pizzeria that Donatello was? It wasn't the first time we had problems, but we still gave it a second chance... I won't go again and I won't recommend it to anyone...
The best thing was, all the people who were with me that day felt sick afterwards and had stomach pains, that is, total regret...
