Grosseria, falta de cordialidade empatia coisas mínimas de atendimento.
Antes eram até que bons, alegres educados, entregas rápidas, mas hoje é um lugar para passar raiva, entrega demorada e errada.
Se irritam quando pede troca e tudo mais.
Simplesmente horríveis.
Lousy service, bad with force.
Rudeness, lack of cordiality, empathy, minimal care.
Before they were kind, cheerful, polite, quick deliveries, but today it is a place to get angry, long and wrong delivery.

Just horrible.
