★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente metade da carne não deu para comer, pois estava puro nervo, fora que a batata frita veio dura, não deixaram fritar o suficiente..... decepção total e absoluta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta profissionalismo nas atendentes , você manda mensagem visualizam e não responde.
Pedi pra adicionar um refrigerante pelo watsp e depois me ligaram e confirmaram que seria enviado , chegando em casa alegaram que o pedido já havia saído sendo que acabei de fazer o pedido, a atendente do watsp no mínimo deve ter apagado a mensagem pro dono não brigar , no fim sai como eu não tivesse pedido nada passaram pra um e pra outro, só resolveram meu problema porque pedi pra vir na minha casa retirar a mercadoria porque não estava louca , nem um pedido de desculpa foi feito!
O que ficamos mais chateados é você ver que eles erraram e eles querer jogar a culpa toda em cima da gente .. e na hora ninguém assumiu o erro.
A única coisa que falaram que deveria pagar a diferença , (isso eu tenho ciência) porque pedi pra retirar a mercadoria na minha casa, pq eu não estava errada.
Já foram melhores , deixo aqui minha crítica já que já que não precisam mais cativar os clientes!
Posso até um dia voltar a ser cliente mais só se eu realmente for retirar meu produto, mais pelo delivery não peço nunca mais, porque vira e mexe veio tendo problema com eles , só persisto ainda porque gosto muito das fogazza de lá .

I asked to add a soda through watsp and then they called me and confirmed that it would be sent, arriving home they claimed that the order had already left and I just placed the order, the watsp attendant must have deleted the message for the owner not to fight , in the end it came out as I hadn't asked for anything, they went to one and the other, they only solved my problem because I asked to come to my house to pick up the goods because I wasn't crazy, not even an apology was made!
What makes us more upset is when you see that they made a mistake and they want to blame it all on us .. and at the time no one took responsibility for the mistake.
The only thing they said that I should pay the difference, (I'm aware of that) because I asked to pick up the goods at my house, because I wasn't wrong.
They've been better, I leave here my review since they don't need to captivate customers anymore!
I may even be a customer again one day, but only if I really go to pick up my product, but for delivery I never order again, because I turn and move I came having problems with them, I just persist because I really like the fogazza there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre compro esfiha e gosto muito, mas infelizmente a pizza de carne seca ficou a desejar, a carne passou é longe veio somente mussarela e cebola. E a resposta deles foi " que a pizza é assim mesmo".
I always buy esfiha and I like it a lot, but unfortunately the jerky pizza was left to be desired, the meat went away and only mozzarella and onion came. And their answer was "that's how pizza is".
