★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A MELHOR pizza da Zona Leste de SP. Lugar aconchegante, pizzas da melhor qualidade, sabor indescritível, fora o Djalma ( dono ) que é a simpatia em pessoa... Sou cliente deles há 6 anos e não troco a Favorita por nada. Com certeza merece ser muito mais reconhecida pelas pessoas.
 THE BEST pizza in the East Zone of SP. Cozy place, pizzas of the best quality, indescribable flavor, apart from the Djalma (owner) who is the friendliness in person ... I have been their customer for 6 years and I do not change the Favorite for anything. It certainly deserves to be much more recognized by people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência pessoa hoje 06/04/2021, compro a anos na pizzaria, hj pedi pelo whatsapp, atendimento já não foi dos melhores, e quando chegou a pizza a qualidade estava péssima, parecia aquelas pizzas de 10,00 que o pessoal vendia de porta em porta, qualidade péssima, fiz uma reclamação e oq me falaram foi apenas desculpa pelo ocorrido, baixaram a qualidade do produto mas não baixaram o preço, senhor Djalma perdeu mais um cliente, nunca mais vou pedir nada nessa loja, não recomendo.
Personal experience today 06/04/2021, I bought for years at the pizzeria, today I asked for whatsapp, the service was no longer the best, and when the pizza arrived the quality was terrible, it looked like those 10.00 pizzas that people sold at the door at the door, terrible quality, I made a complaint and what they told me was just an excuse for what happened, they lowered the quality of the product but did not lower the price, Mr Djalma lost another customer, I will never ask for anything at this store again, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fizemos o pedido pelo telefone, veio outro, me prontifiquei ainda para ir fazer a troca, e ainda tive o constrangimento de virem pegar a pizza errada em minha residência , que absurdo !!! Além do erros serem deles, a pizza veio com casca de ovo! . Em ligação com proprietário o mesmo com descaso disse que isso era freguente ! Realmente péssimo atendimento e péssima pizza. Se pudesse não daria bem uma estrela . E o Djalma dono veio falar que agimos de má fé. Pelo amor né . Ridículo.
