★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, ja tinha pedido algumas vezes, pelo Ifood a pizza veio gostosa, Pensei em pedir pelo whats e direto pois assim enão tem taxa pra eles ne?
1* sempre pedi MASSA GROSSA e bem passada, nunca veio!
2* pizza veio com catupiry na borda (sem eu ser previamente informada) que sou alergica, primeiro perguntei e a atendente disse que nao tinha, que é cobrado e precisa solicitar, depois de informar da alergia que me informaram que tinha sim e fariam a troca... por alergia troca, mas, por gosto nao?! Nao faz sentido!
3* estou gravida e amo massa, pedi pra vir massa grossa e bem passada, expliquei o desejo, a vontade e blablabla, mesma coisa..
4* e por fim, hoje, minha ultima tentativa, supliquei pedindo massa grossa e bem passada, disse ate que pagaria a mais, me foi informado que viria assim e eu nao precisaria pagar extra, me disseram 45/60 min pra entregar, 15min depois me dizem de um extra de R$10,00 pelo bacon, eu digo pra nao colocar e me informam que ja esta pronto pra entrega, ok, aceitei pagar a mais com a GARANTIA que estava do jeito que eu pedi... pizza chega, massa normal, crua no meio, pouco bacon de verdade, CHEIO de couro que nao deu pra comer! Informo a atendente enviando uma foto e dizendo que infelizmente teria que procurar outra pizzaria e a resposta é "entendo Sra, peço desculpas".
De quem é a culpa? Nao sei! Poderia pedir pelo Ifood? Sim, mas, gosto de pedir alterações na pizza, pelo Ifood é mais complicado de explicar... achei um grande descaso com o cliente, hoje definitivamente dinheiro jogado no lixo, enfim, nao recomendo!

2* pizza came with catupiry cheese on the rim (without me being previously informed) that I am allergic, first I asked and the attendant said they didn't have it, that it is charged and you need to request it, after informing of the allergy that they informed me that I had yes and they would do the exchange... for allergy exchange, but not for taste?! Does not make sense!
3 * I'm pregnant and I love pasta, I asked for thick and well-done pasta, I explained the desire, the will and blablabla, same thing..
4* and finally, today, my last attempt, I begged asking for thick and well-done pasta, I even said I would pay more, I was informed that it would come like this and I wouldn't have to pay extra, I was told 45/60 min to deliver, 15min then they tell me an extra R$10.00 for the bacon, I say not to put it and they tell me that it's ready for delivery, ok, I agreed to pay more with the GUARANTEE that it was the way I ordered... pizza arrives , normal pasta, raw in the middle, little real bacon, FULL of leather that I couldn't eat! I inform the attendant by sending a photo and saying that unfortunately I would have to look for another pizzeria and the answer is "I understand ma'am, I apologize".
Whose fault is it? Do not know! Could you ask for Ifood? Yes, but I like to ask for changes to the pizza, Ifood is more complicated to explain... I thought it was a big disregard for the customer, today definitely money wasted in the trash, anyway, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, nojento, anti higiênico, e sem consideração, comprei uma pizza, com muita vontade de comer e encontrei um cabelo, perdi o apetite na hora, pior, vomitei rápido o que tinha comido, liguei pra informar o ocorrido, KASANOVA não me deu assistência, fiquei no prejuízo, porque, não comi o que queria, e ainda paguei por isso, nunca mais compro e tbm n recomendo. Prioridade na cozinha é higiene, a TOUCA é o princípio básico da ambiente que manipula comida. Faltou muito respeito e consideração pelos clientes e pela comida, e logo hj, e a minha ? vem c cabelão que foi cozido junto com a massa crua.. N acredito até agora. Deveria ter a opção ZERO estrelas. Pq essa pizzaria não está merecendo nem uma.. descaso total

Should have the ZERO stars option. Because this pizzeria doesn't deserve even one.. total neglect
