A batata super murchas
O frango torrado com gosto de queimado
Só não devolvi porque tinha criança na casa e elas comeram um pouco da batata e frango
Mas enfim ficou mais da metade do pedido sem comer
Meu dinheiro foi pro ralo.
 No luck with my order from yesterday.
The super wilted potato
The roasted chicken with a burnt taste
I just didn't return it because there was a child in the house and they ate some of the potato and chicken
But in the end, more than half of the order was left without eating
My money went down the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento muita demora na entrega, quase 2 horas e meia de espera sem nenhuma satisfação....ainda liguei lá e desligaram na minha cara !!!!!
Terrible service, much delay in delivery, almost 2 and a half hours of waiting without any satisfaction....I still called and hung up on my face!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de esfihas e refrigefante, mas esqueceram de mandar o refrigerante. Até aí tudo bem, acontece. Mas o pior foi o respeito comigo posterior a isso. Simplismente não mandaram o refrigerante logo na sequência. Tive que realizar 19 ligações em 1 hora e 12 minutos, para realizarem a entrega. E durante as ligações as "atendentes", ainda desligavam o telefone, diziam que não estavam escutando nada, e ainda ficavam dando risada. E
quando trouxeram o refrigerante, ainda estava quente. Aí quando uns exemplos de "profissionais" assim estão desempregados, querem que alguém ajude. Infelizmente Profissionalismo
e Respondabilidade com o consumidor são para poucos.
I ordered sfihas and soda, but they forgot to send the soda. So far so good, it happens. But the worst thing was the respect for me after that. They simply didn't send the soda right away. I had to make 19 calls in 1 hour and 12 minutes to make the delivery. And during calls, the "attendants" still hung up the phone, said they weren't listening, and still laughed. AND
when they brought the soda, it was still hot. Then when some examples of "professionals" like that are unemployed, they want someone to help. Unfortunately professionalism
and Responsiveness with the consumer are for few.
