★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!! O pedido veio faltando e eles não quiseram sequer trazer o restante do pedido que ELES não mandaram. Desrespeito total com o cliente. Edit: reembolso não mata a fome, poderíamos chegar em um consenso já que o erro não foi meu e muito menos do Uber eats. Entrei em contato para tentar resolver porque realmente fez uma falta grande as 10 esfihas. A concorrência hoje em dia tá grande e o relacionamento com o cliente é extremamente importante. Não quiseram resolver meu problema, erros acontecem porém eu esperei 1h pra receber meu pedido incompleto e vocês não quiseram sequer tentar achar uma solução. Espero que vocês não dêem mais margem pra erros porque estamos falando do âmbito profissional e não do pessoal. Obs: podem ter certeza que hoje em dia existem MUITOS lugares bons que quando erram, respeitam o cliente e resolvem o problema.

 Terrible attendance!!!! The order came missing and they didn't even want to bring the rest of the order that THEY didn't send. Total disrespect to the customer. Edit: refund doesn't kill hunger, we could reach a consensus since it wasn't my mistake, much less Uber eats's. I got in touch to try to solve it because the 10 esfihas were really missing. The competition today is big and the relationship with the customer is extremely important. You didn't want to solve my problem, errors happen but I waited 1h to receive my incomplete order and you didn't even want to try to find a solution. I hope you don't give more room for mistakes because we are talking about the professional sphere and not the personal one. Note: you can be sure that nowadays there are MANY good places that when they make mistakes, they respect the customer and solve the problem.

Pedimos as 22:00 e chegou 00:20 com uma surpresa de duas pizzas de calabresa, minha esposa relato o ocorrido pelo whats e a unica que falaram foi o pedido desculpa e bonus na proxima compra, minha esposa disse que ia no outro dia retirar a pizza de frango e a atendente falou que iria mandar o motoboy entregar que não precisaria ir la.
Ela mandou msg no outro dia (HOJE 30-01) e vocês só respodiam "so um momento" é eterno esse "so um momento"?
Somos clientes desde quando vocês estavam no Ellus, de inicio a pizza estava ótima, de uns tempos pra cá a pizza chega fria, a qualidade de vocês caiu bastante, totalmente desqualificado o tipo de atendimento e atitude da pizzaria.
Vocês perderam mais um cliente, se é que vocês estão se preocupando com isso!

We are clients since when you were in the ellus, the beginning of the pizza was great, from a few times here the pizza comes cold, the quality of you dropped a lot, totally disqualified the type of service and attitude of the pizzeria.
You have lost another customer, if you are worrying about it!

Pra mim catupiry tem q ter boa qualidade e eles entregam isso. O atendimento é sempre atencioso, embalagem personalizada, app próprio, atendimento via WhatsApp enfim, uma boa experiência. Uma coisa q eu odeio? Eles não lacram a caixa, fora isso não tenho oq falar, estão de parabéns.
Lately it's my first choice when I want to eat pizza. It has good prices and good delivery time, as well as good ingredients. For me catupiry has to be of good quality and they deliver that. The service is always attentive, personalized packaging, own app, service via WhatsApp, in short, a good experience. One thing I hate? They don't seal the box, other than that I have nothing to say, congratulations.

O ponto alto é o recheio ok mas o tamanho é pequeno pelo valor cobrado 3 a 5 reais cada.
Péssimo
First and last time. Esfihas came with the dry pasta, the black banana.
The high point is the stuffing ok but the size is small for the amount charged 3 to 5 reais each.
