Gosto muito da Pizza e Esfirra da Sorriso, porém desde essa data acima tenho tudo registrado sobre observações que tem ocorrido, sendo a maior observação referente ao ponto da esfirra, algumas vezes vinham excelentes, e muitas outras vezes, vinham muito assadas, a ponto da massa ficar quase queimada, e hoje mais uma vez, atrasou o pedido, era 40 min e cheguei lá pra retirar pediram mais 20 que virou 30 min... Até aí tudo bem, ao receber as esfirras, estava comendo encontrei um cabelo curto na esfirra e por debaixo do queijo, mandei foto no whats app, e insistiram em me devolver o dinheiro via pix, porém eu me senti muito mau, porque ficou parecendo que eu sou um cliente que estava querendo prejudicar , ou causar um problema ... Então, preferiram devolver os 41 reais e pediram pra procurar outro lugar melhor, onde eu possa estar satisfeito !!! Sendo que eu sempre elogiei, parabenizei, e quando foi preciso reclamar por um problema (cabelo no recheio) , aí falaram que não podem mais me atender, lembrando que sou visinho deles praticamente ... Quase 2 anos de cliente , e agora fui obrigado a parar de comprar com a Pizzaria Sorriso !!! É uma pena, lamentável !!!
I have been a Customer since about 20 June 2020 . . . . I really like Smile's Pizza and Esfirra, but since that date I have all recorded about observations that have occurred, the biggest observation being the point of sfirra, sometimes they were excellent, and many other times, they were very baked, to the point of the dough was almost burned, and today, once again, the order was delayed, it was 40 minutes and I arrived there to remove, they asked for another 20 which turned into 30 minutes... So far so good, when I received the spirras, I was eating I found a short hair in the drizzle and under the cheese, I sent a photo on the whats app, and they insisted on returning the money via pix, but I felt very bad, because it looked like I was a customer who was wanting to harm, or cause a problem... So, they preferred to return the 41 reais and asked to look for a better place, where I can be satisfied!!! Since I've always praised, congratulated, and when it was necessary to complain about a problem (hair in the filling), then they said they can't help me anymore, remembering that I'm practically their neighbor... Almost 2 years as a client, and now I've been obliged to stop shopping with Pizzeria Sorriso !!! It's a shame, it's a shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzaria de periferia mesmo....pedi uma pizza de calabresa com cobertura de mussarela com CEBOLA...veio sem cebola e bastante orégano e a calabresa lembrava mortadela e o queijo esqueceram....quer ter pizzaria saiba FAZER... horrível e a atendente questionou meu pedido e fez errado... só pode ter sido de propósito...nem comemos...que Deus me perdoe..mas tem coisa que não dá...agora sabem cobrar bem viu 5.
Pizzeria on the outskirts....I ordered a pepperoni pizza topped with mozzarella and ONION...it came without onions and plenty of oregano and the pepperoni resembled mortadella and the cheese they forgot....if you want to have a pizzeria, know how to DO it... horrible and the attendant questioned my order and made it wrong... it could only have been on purpose... we didn't even eat...may God forgive me..but there are things that can't be done...now they know how to charge well, see 5.
