Sempre fiz pedidos, nunca tive problema até hoje da pior forma, perdem assim clientes fieis como eu!

“Pedido ta aqui ficou 21 reais, vai querer ou levo embora” Isso jeito de tratar cliente, incluir valor á mais no pedido de forma inadequada e tentei explicar provar no whats que foi conversado e ainda vem na ignorância, sendo reconfirmei antes de ser feito que não iria querer adicional, para manter pedido de 19 reais, colocaram mesmo assim adicional após eu negar!
Aprender á tratar seus clientes com educação e respeito conforme tratei vcs e assumir o erro!
It used to be a good place to eat, food is of good quality but terrible service, including the delivery lady unfortunately!
I've always made orders, I've never had a problem until today in the worst way, they lose loyal customers like me!

"Order is here, it's 21 reais, you'll want it or I'll take it away" This way of treating the customer, including extra value in the order inappropriately and I tried to explain to prove in whats that it was talked about and still comes in ignorance, being reconfirmed before being done that I would not want an additional, to keep the request of 19 reais, they still put an additional after I denied it!
Learn to treat your customers with politeness and respect as I treated you and accept the mistake!
