★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido (confirmado pelos próprios via site) e não recebi. Fiquei aguardando por duas horas. Liguei e tive um péssimo atendimento. Não compro mais.
O print do pedido, com número e confirmação por parte da Dani estão anexadas a essa avaliação.
 I placed an order (confirmed by themselves via the website) and did not receive it. I was waiting for two hours. I called and got terrible service. I don't buy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 10/04/22 há menos de uma hora, fiz um pedido na Pizzaria Sani. Solicitei por telefone, uma porção de mandioca frita, a atendente me informou ter apenas aipim empanado logo fechei o pedido... Assim que recebi observei que não tinha nada haver com o que solicitei, veio algo parecido com Yoki ou churros em bolinhas, algo industrializado. Ademais, vale ressaltar que sou cliente a mais de 2 anos e não esperava isso da Pizzaria Sani, pois sempre havia tido boas experiências, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante, confesso que gostaria muito de continuar a ter boas experiências como antes.
O produto cujo recebi não é mandioca empanada e está bem longe de ser; é uma espécie de massa de goma escaldada e transparente por dentro, sem gosto e encharcada de óleo, e não é exagero, reafirmo veementemente, muito óleo e não é o que pedi por telefone.
Por conseguinte, retornei a ligação e falei com a mesma atendente o ocorrido, não fez nada para resolver, simplesmente lamentou, quando deveria ter tido um posicionamento de resolver a questão.
Portanto, resumindo, fiquei frustrado, insatisfeito e me sentindo enganado, comprei mandioca empanada e recebido outro alimento diferente do esperado.
Para final, as pizzas são muito boas, sempre que peço vem tudo certo, mas com esse pedido em específico ficou a desejar. Totalmente frustrado e dinheiro jogado fora. Gostaria muito de ter um cupom para uma nova compra e recompensar essa que não atendeu ao que solicitei.
Today, 10/04/22 less than an hour ago, I placed an order at Pizzeria Sani. I ordered a portion of fried cassava by phone, the attendant informed me that she had only breaded cassava so I closed the order... As soon as I received it I noticed that it had nothing to do with what I requested, something like Yoki or churros in balls came, something industrialized. Also, it is worth mentioning that I have been a customer for more than 2 years and I did not expect this from Pizzeria Sani, as I had always had good experiences, but this time it was disappointing, I confess that I would very much like to continue to have good experiences as before.
The product I received is not breaded manioc and it is far from being it; it's a sort of scalded gum mass and transparent inside, tasteless and soaked in oil, and it's no exaggeration, I strongly reaffirm, too much oil and it's not what I asked for over the phone.
Therefore, I returned the call and spoke to the same attendant what happened, he did nothing to solve it, he simply regretted it, when he should have had a position to resolve the issue.
So, in short, I was frustrated, dissatisfied and feeling cheated, I bought breaded cassava and received another food different from what I expected.
Finally, the pizzas are very good, everytime I order everything is ok, but with this specific order, it left something to be desired. Totally frustrated and money wasted. I would love to have a coupon for a new purchase and reward the one that didn't meet what I asked for.
