Fui com minha família para o que deveria ser um bom jantar o que não se realizou. Apenas dois funcionários para atender todas as mesas, que por sinal o restaurante estava bem cheio. Atendimento bem lento e uma demora para nós trazerem a cerveja, após a escolha dos pratos já se passando mais de 50min sem ninguém passar na mesa para oferecer outra bebida, resolvemos cancelar o pedido que se quer estava pronto.
Não recomendo pela demora do atendimento e descaso, pois não se dão ao trabalho de ao menos repor a bebida para o cliente. Proprietário arrogante ao pedirmos para cancelar os pedidos. Resolvemos ir jantar no Raízes no qual em menos de 30min já estavamos comendo e bebendo. Se quer uma boa experiência não vá nesse restaurante e sim na concorrência.

I went with my family for what was supposed to be a nice dinner which didn't. Only two employees to serve all the tables, which by the way the restaurant was very full. Very slow service and a delay for us to bring the beer, after choosing the dishes more than 50 minutes had passed without anyone passing by the table to offer another drink, we decided to cancel the order that we wanted was ready.
I don't recommend it because of the delay in service and neglect, because they don't bother to at least replace the drink for the customer. Arrogant owner when we ask to cancel orders. We decided to go to Raízes for dinner, where in less than 30 minutes we were already eating and drinking. If you want a good experience, don't go to this restaurant, go to the competition.

Estivemos lá no dia 06/11/21 e a princípio tudo ia muito bem até quando solicitamos a conta e avisamos que não pagaríamos os 10% opcional.
Como o nome mesmo diz é opcional não é obrigatório.
“A Lei nº 13.419/2017 regulamenta a gorjeta do garçom, conforme o seu próprio texto: ... Além disso, vale lembrar que a lei não torna obrigatório o pagamento dessa taxa, pelos seus clientes, apenas regulariza essa prática. “
Portanto não há obrigatoriedade e além disso é um abuso ir questionar o cliente por sua decisão!
O gerente não satisfeito com todo incômodo, ainda alegou que só receberia a vista; débito ou no dinheiro, que não iria receber no crédito.
Sendo que em momento algum foi avisado que o recebimento só é efetivado na forma avista.
Resumindo não indico!
E se depender de mim vou avisar ao máximo de pessoas que eu puder!

Porém:
Chegamos no estabelecimento, uma eternidade para sermos atendido o primeiro atendimento, o estabelecimento operando com dois funcionários nas mesas e mais de 12 mesas com clientes.
Funcionários visivelmente cansados e exaustos por estarem sobrecarregados. Enfim...um caos
Problema maior não foi isto, após aguardarmos uma eternidade para o primeiro atendimento na mesa, o Sr proprietário dirige-se até a nossa mesa, nós achamos que seríamos atendidos de forma educada e profisional, como um "Oi Boa noite, sejam bem vindos, se tiver alguma dúvida pode perguntar" mas não!
Quando ele chegou em nossa mesa, com um papel e caneta, e com sua arrogância (que sentimos) disse a seguinte frase "PODE FALAR!!!"
Como se nós estivéssemos fazendo u. favor a ele, em estar consumindo em sua pizzaria.
Primeiro atendimento foi um "Pode falar" eu pensei é brincadeira isto.
Passamos a observar que as pessoas que chegavam eram tratadas de forma difenciada pelo proprietário, talvez porque eu não estivesse com minha camiseta da Calvin Klein neste dia rs.
Após isto, uma eternidade para a pizza ficar pronta e quando chegou estava torrada a parte inferior, consumimos e não reclamamos.
Na hora de irmos embora, o funcionário mostrou a pizza pra ele, mesmo sem reclamamos, escutei ele responder que era impossível não queimar.
Kkkkk é brincadeira isso!
Enfim fomos um dos últimos a ir embora e se quer recebemos um OBRIGADO, como diversas pessoas que estavam lá receberam.
Enfim, fomos tratados com indiferença Sim!
Quando eu voltar para ubatuba novamente, vou fazer questão de visitar o local novamente, mas vou parar meu porshe bem na frente kkk.

As if we were making u. favor to him, to be consuming in his pizzeria.
First attendance was a "Can you talk" I thought this is a joke.
We started to observe that the people who arrived were treated differently by the owner, maybe because I wasn't wearing my Calvin Klein shirt that day lol.
After that, an eternity for the pizza to be ready and when it arrived the bottom was toast, we consumed it and didn't complain.
When it was time to leave, the employee showed him the pizza, even without complaining, I heard him reply that it was impossible not to burn it.
Kkkkk this is a joke!
Anyway, we were one of the last ones to leave and if you want we received a THANK YOU, as many people who were there received.
Anyway, we were treated with indifference Yes!
When I return to ubatuba again, I will make a point of visiting the place again, but I will stop my porshe right in front of it kkk.
