★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza realmente é muito boa, mas o atendimento é péssimo! Seu pedido chega a demorar 2 horas ou mais para ser entregue, isso se eles não esquecerem, como já aconteceu comigo. Além de tudo, quando seu pedido demora e você reclama pelo WhatsApp eles simplesmente visualizam e nem te dá uma justificativa. Perderam mais um cliente por causa do atendimento e do atraso na entrega, pois além de mim, duas pessoas já reclamaram do mesmo problema e já não compram mais com eles. Lamentável!

On top of everything, when your request is delayed and you complain about WhatsApp they simply visualize and do not give you any justification. They lost another customer because of the service and the delay in delivery, because besides me, two people have already complained about the same problem and no longer buy from them. Unfortunate!

O atendimento é bom e rápido, o que peca na verdade é a demora tremenda na feitura e na entrega das pizzas, seja pra comer no local, seja pra comer em casa, daria pra fazer 4 pizzas inteiras, da massa até os ingredientes tudo na hora.. Pelo tempo esperado. Eu quero muito que a pizzaria elite cresça e seja melhor do que hoje, pra melhor atender aos clientes e melhor recebê-los também. Hoje a demanda é grande, mesmo com a demora prolongada.. Sou cliente e acho que é uma pizzaria com muito potencial, não só falando de sabores e gostos!! Cresçam, sejam empreendedores, vocês podem chegar lá com sucesso!!! Grande abraço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade da pizza e boa, não tem nada muito de diferente, atendimento tanto presencial, quanto via telefone não é dos melhores, demoram muito para entregar e para pizza ficar pronta, Já fiz o pedido das duas formas, e infelizmente não queria acreditar, mas demora de 20 a 35 minutos além do tempo estipulado, a princípio o tempo da entrega e/ou da preparação da pizza varia 30 a 40 minutos, segundo a atendente, mas na prática, demora mas de 1 hora, se estiver com muita fome, escolha entre outras pizzarias, não valerá o tempo de espera.
Acredito que talvez se eles aumentassem o espada onde é feito as pizzas, e aumentasse o fluxo de pessoas trabalhando na cozinha, ou até mesmo adquirisse outro forno, melhoria esse tempo de preparo.
Eles possuem uma ótima promoção pizza Brotão R$ 5,00 (25cm), para quem mora sozinho ou até em casal e uma ótima pedida, além de ser barata.
Obs. Pizza brotão só é valida para alguns sabores
