A recepcionista brincava ao telefone em conversa paralela com outra atendente e após a demora no atendimento alegando estar "sem sistema" desligou o telefone rindo em ligação e não é a primeira vez que isso ocorreu. É lamentável com aprox 14 milhões de brasileiros desempregados pessoas com essa postura durante um atendimento ou prestação de um serviço pago. Mesmo com diversas tecnologias de comidas por aplicativos até então me mantive como clíente há mais de 8 anos. A partir de hj deixarei de ser clíente e buscarei novas opções de pessoas que queiram prestar um bom serviço e atendimento e não recomendarei como Tenho feito anteriormente. Lamentável.
Pizza with great flavor but poor service. The receptionist played on the phone in parallel conversation with another attendant and after the delay in the service claiming to be "no system" she hung up the phone laughing in the call and this is not the first time this has happened. It is regrettable with approximately 14 million Brazilians unemployed people with this attitude during a service or provision of a paid service. Even with several technologies of food for apps until then I remained as a customer for over 8 years. As of today, I will no longer be a customer and I will look for new options for people who want to provide a good service and service and I will not recommend it as I have done before. Unfortunate.
