★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é muito boa mesmo não sendo forno a lenha. É um sistema diferenciado, feitas em um tipo de forno diferente, cilindrico. Mas pensa que a pizza parece ter sido feita no forno a lenha. Fica saborosa! O pessoal atende muito bem e tem preços justos.

I highly recommend the Favorite, I buy direct whenever possible because it is cheap and well filled, I always get the promotion half chicken and half mixed is the tip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido por telefone para retirar em mãos devido estar chegando de viagem, ao chegar na pizzaria fui avisado que dei sorte porque já não estavam pegando pedido devido o volume, era 21:30 da noite, porém não encontraram meu pedido, a moça do balcão muito gentil me disse que não teria problema faria um esforço para fazer a pizza, eu falei que não precisava que acontece e como estavam correndo poderia deixar e agradeci, a moça insistiu gentilmente, nisso o pizzaiolo que estava de cinza perto dos fornos disse: Se quiser vai ficar pronta a meia noite, a moça do caixa disse: mas ele vai esperar, ele respondeu: mesmo assim meia noite, a moça muito sem graça de desculpou.
O Pizzaiolo disse para os outros funcionários que eu comprei em outra pizzaria, mas um dos donos me conhece e sabe que sou cliente fiel desde que a pizzaria abriu no bairro.
Resumindo, bastou uma ignorância para perder um cliente fiel e outras indicações, não sei se o pizzaiolo é um dos donos, se for tem que ter um treinamento de como tratar as pessoas e clientes.

Pizzaiolo told the other employees that I bought it at another pizzeria, but one of the owners knows me and knows that I've been a loyal customer since the pizzeria opened in the neighborhood.
In short, ignorance was enough to lose a loyal customer and other indications, I don't know if the pizzaiolo is one of the owners, if he is, he has to have training on how to treat people and customers.
