Fiz o pedido de um frango a passarinho as 20:58 informada que levaria 60 min, as 21:44 liguei pra pedir um informações e disseram que já havia saído pedido as 22:20 não havia chego detalhe moro no assunção, liguei novamente disseram que estava com motoboy questionei se não chegaria frio a atendente Vivian disse que não pq vinha na bag questionei novamente certeza ela sim não chegará frio as 22:28 pedido chega e advinha gelado frango e batatas muchas ...liguei perguntei se poderiam trocar disse que precisava de autorização pediu que aguardasse 5 min que me retornava ... Aguardei não ligou retornei pediu foto pra saber se havia mexido na porção ... E que se quisesse trocar teria que aguardar novamente mais de uma hora e meia ... Além do meu pedido atrasar 28 min sem contar os 14 que ela já havia dito que tinha saído ... Aí da tive todo esse transtorno as crianças com fome e sem prioridade nenhuma pra troca ...sou cliente a muito tempo e hj perderam uma cliente péssimo atendimento ao cliente REI DA PIZZA AV CAPITÃO CASA SBC
Já foi boa está deixando muito a desejar

Then I had all this inconvenience the hungry kids and without any priority for exchange ...
