★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido era 20:50 e no site indicava máximo 60 minutos pra entrega. DEPOIS DE UMA HORA E MEIA ESPERANDO, entrei em contato por whatsapp e disseram que a demora seria de 90 a 130 minutos. Pois bem, 22:35 entrei em contato novamente e a atendente Carol disse que a pizza já estava com o boy.
Eu Moro no mesmo bairro da Pizzaria e já são 23:27 e sigo esperando a pizza, 2 HORAS E MEIA DE ESPERA JÁ.
Por whatsapp NEM SEQUER ME RESPONDEM mais!
Pagar 100 reais em duas pizzas e ter esse tipo de atendimento e descaso com o cliente, é um absurdo!
Embora a pizza seja muito boa, vocês com certeza perderam um cliente!!! E com certeza não recomendarei a ninguém uma pizzaria que demora QUASE 3 HORAS pra fazer uma entrega!!!
Uma hora atrás, eu me ofereci pra ir buscar pessoalmente, e me disseram que o motoboy já estava chegando... Decepcionante!!!

E OLHA QUE A PIZZARIA ESTÁ A 4 MINUTOS DA MINHA CASA.
 I placed the order at 20:50 and the website indicated a maximum of 60 minutes for delivery. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF WAITING, I contacted via whatsapp and they said the delay would be 90 to 130 minutes. Well, at 10:35 pm I got in touch again and the attendant Carol said that the pizza was already with the boy.
I live in the same neighborhood as the Pizzeria and it's already 11:27 pm and I'm still waiting for the pizza, 2 AND A HALF HOURS WAITING NOW.
By whatsapp THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER ME anymore!
Paying 100 reais for two pizzas and having this kind of customer service and neglect is absurd!
Although the pizza is very good, you sure lost a customer!!! And I will definitely not recommend to anyone a pizzeria that takes ALMOST 3 HOURS to make a delivery!!!
An hour ago, I offered to pick it up in person, and I was told that the motoboy was already arriving... Disappointing!!!
TERRIBLE!!!
AND LOOK, THE PIZZERIA IS 4 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Domingo eu pedi uma pizza era 11:47 ainda estava aberto, minha pizza chegou era metade mussarela e bahiana na pressa da fome eu nem tinha percebido a parte de mussarela estava sem tomate e sem cebola, acho que tinha acabado os ingredientes.
On Sunday I ordered a pizza at 11:47 it was still open, my pizza arrived it was half mozzarella and bahiana in the rush of hunger I hadn't even noticed the mozzarella part was without tomato and onion, I think I had run out of ingredients.
