 More than 2 hours to deliver a pizza. They don't answer chat, they don't answer calls, and finally they were abused. But never.

I waited more than 2 hours for the order, telephone contact was made, they only replied that they could not talk to the delivery man, finally canceling the order without explanation.

Agora são exatos 23:45hrs e não recebi minha pizza kkkkkkkk tô rindo de nervoso ?? Não atendem ligação e não me respondia no whats. Não me deram um parecer do motivo da demora e no caso do motivo da NÃO ENTREGA. Falta de consideração com o cliente, aff!
Today I ordered a pizza at 19:33hrs with an estimated arrival date at 20:48hrs.
Now it's exactly 11:45 pm and I haven't received my pizza lol I'm laughing nervously ?? They don't answer the call and didn't answer me on whats. They didn't give me an opinion on the reason for the delay and in the case of the reason for NO DELIVERY. Lack of consideration for the customer, aff!

Great pizza, the girls in the service are super people...I saw some comments and I thought they were a little wrong...I never had a problem...I've been buying pizza in this place for a year...2022 I go with a wood-fired oven again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, a coisa mais frustrante que já me aconteceu, fiz um pedido que me informaram que duraria máximo 1h e demorou quase 2 e ainda já estava pago, deixei pq acreditei mas acabei frustrado. Não recebi a entrega pq todos aqui em casa já estavam dormindo e só ficou eu. Não recomendo.
Horrible experience, the most frustrating thing that ever happened to me, I made a request that was informed that it would last a maximum of 1 hour and it took almost 2 hours and I was already paid, I left it because I believed it but I ended up frustrated. I didn't receive the delivery because everyone here at home was already sleeping and only me was left. I do not recommend.

One of the best ? pizzeria in the neighborhood there is no other like it and great prices super recommend I never had a problem with delivery until it arrived earlier than expected and my pizzas were always hot

Pedi de novo e faz 1:50hs e até agora não chegou não atendem o telefone e não respondem o whatsapp.
The pizza is good, if you are going to pick it up on site, the service is fast, if you are going to order for delivery, give up.
I asked once with 2 hours it had not arrived my husband went to pick it up
