★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Estava com visitas as 20:53 as 23:50 foram embora com fome, e ficou apenas a vergonha na cara, pois nem uma satisfação nos deram. Simplesmente um descaso com o cliente.
Se a eficiência da resposta fosse igual o atendimento estava bom, mas infelizmente não é. O pedido foi feito em Nome de Jéssica, através da atendente Dani, fiquei na porta esperando e nenhum motoboy passou por aqui, simplesmente o motoboy ligou as 22:17, 22:19 e 22:26 retornamos para ele e segundo alegação dele, não tinha localizado o endereço, mas que estava indo no bairro São Paulo e retornava para entregar o que até hoje não ocorreu.
As 23:16 ligamos na empresa e um rapaz atendeu, alegou que o motoboy tinha devolvido a pizza pois não achou o endereço.
Insistem em dizer que não houve pedido, que estou enganado, é o cúmulo, pois já pedi inúmeras vezes com vocês e sempre acharam o endereço, já fiz pedido no balcão e através do telefone 34859405 Santa Inês que por sinal fui muito bem atendido através do colaborador Mateus que parece ser o único a ter presteza e respeito por nós.
Prestar bom serviço, evitar erros, atrasos e demora não é favor, mas uma obrigação de quem tem um nome a zelar, não é nenhum favor, eu pago pelo serviço de vocês.
O fato já aconteceu, a vergonha já foi passada, a fome já não existe e ser cliente de vocês nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável o que aconteceu comigo, fiz um pedido e fui atendido por uma moça super grossa, e após esperar uma hora e 20 descubro que o pedido que havia sido confirmado pelo restaurante não havia sido feito,simplesmente inacreditável, um erro surreal, era cliente de vocês mas depois dessa forno da pizza nunca mais, pra piorar chegou a pizza agora, sem o refrigerante kkk vocês são uma piada.
