★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pizza chegou errada e Fria. Além de serem irônicos ao reclamar da demora e do pedido que veio errado. Detalhe, no pedido anterior a este já mandaram faltando esfihas.
Respondendo a sua resposta, não foi oferecido a troca da pizza, não foi dado o desconto integral da esfiha, inclusive o motoboy (muito atencioso e simpático) o qual vcs queriam jogar a responsabilidade de ter cobrado valor errado me mostrou a nota com o valor e só paguei para que ele não fosse prejudicado, afinal era bem capaz de vcs descontarem dele. É lamentável uma pizzaria tão tradicional não saber lidar com as reclamações. Pedi a pizza certa (Tropical) e vcs que não mandaram o queijo Parmesão.

Answering your answer, no pizza exchange was offered, full sfiha discount was not given, including the motoboy (very attentive and friendly) which you guys wanted to play the responsibility of having charged wrong amount showed me the note with the value and I only paid for it not to be harmed, after all I was quite capable of taking it out on him. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom deixou a desejar pizza de carne seca acredito que o produto tem que ser valorizado já que estamos pagando um custo maior, atendimento bom, lugar muito TOP, porém eles colocar 5 ingredientes junto a carne seca acredito que e para render pois a carne seca em si sozinha já e valorizada... Pela pizza 0 para o lá demais levaria a nota a 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, consegue atender seus pedidos no mínimo detalhe. Eu gosto de massa pré assada. o atendimento é ótimo. O pizzaiolo é meio esquecido e acaba por esquecer parte dos ingredientes da pizza (não veio como previsto no cardápio). Gosto de lá e acredito que vão se acertar.
The pizza is good, it manages to fulfill your orders in the smallest detail. I like pre-baked pasta. the service is great. The pizzaiolo is kind of forgotten and ends up forgetting part of the pizza's ingredients (it didn't come as expected on the menu). I like it there and I believe they will settle down.
