★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza eu não tenho do que reclamar, agora as porções, sem comentário, na propagando está que é bem servida mais chega da até raiva, caro e nem um alface eles mandar pedaços de ossos pela segunda vez foi igual.
The pizza I have nothing to complain about, now the portions, without comment, in the advertising it is well served but enough of anger, expensive and not even a lettuce they send pieces of bones for the second time it was the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência legal no Atendimento do WhatsApp, sejam mais educados na hora de tratar com os clientes , até pq , se estão a 12 anos como vi nos outros comentários, WhatsApp tem menos tempo que 12 anos , e não é problema escutar um áudio do cliente para ter excelência no atendimento, pra vir conforme a solicitação do mesmo .
Entendam minha insatisfação como construtivo para melhorar o serviço.
I didn't have a good experience in WhatsApp Service, be more polite when dealing with customers, even because, if they are 12 years old as I saw in other comments, WhatsApp has less time than 12 years, and it's not a problem to listen to an audio of the customer to have excellence in service, to come according to the customer's request.
Understand my dissatisfaction as constructive to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da loja. Depois de meses sem ver meu filho, peguei uma pizza com uma Coca-Cola. Acontece que a loja esqueceu a Coca-Cola. Ao invés do motoboy trazer o refrigerante com rapidez, ao voltar para loja ele foi fazer as entregas e estou aqui a 30 minutos. OU seja, fiquei esperando meu refrigerante, sem graça com minha visita, empurrando a pizza gelada com água mesmo. Super chateada, com a falta de consideração da Genus, falta de respeito. Melhorem seu quadro de funcionários. Melhorem o respeito com seus clientes.
I'm a customer of the store. After months of not seeing my son, I got a pizza with a Coke. Turns out the store forgot Coke. Instead of the motoboy bringing the soda quickly, when he returned to the store he went to make the deliveries and I'm here 30 minutes. In other words, I was waiting for my soda, embarrassed by my visit, pushing the ice-cold pizza with water. Super upset, with Genus' lack of consideration, lack of respect. Improve your staff. Improve respect for your customers.
