★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedi a pizza 22:00 é já é 00:50 é nada da pizza ligo é ninguém atende fora isso pecimo atendimento muitas pessoas falando ao mesmo tempo tive q ficar repetindo tudo e se a pizza ñ chegar é ñ se boa pelo tempo é a falta de educação eu ficarei decepcionada com o lugar nunca mais vou pedir nessa pizzaria faltou a atenção é o senso com o consumidor.

Fiz o pedido para retirar no local, me passaram o tempo de preparo, fui fazer outras coisas nesse tempo, na hora de buscar fui informado que o pedido não tinha sido enviado para cozinha porque não fiz o pagamento antecipado. Um absurdo, primeiro lugar que peço algo para comer e cobram antes do pedido ser enviado a cozinha.
Liguei para falar com responsável e fui muito mau atendido, fui obrigado a ouvir que a culpa foi minha e não deles. Parabéns, vcs tem futuro assim.
Bad service, super stupid.
I ordered to pick up on the spot, they spent the preparation time, I went to do other things in that time, when I picked it up I was informed that the order had not been sent to the kitchen because I did not pay in advance. An absurd, first place that I order something to eat and they charge before the order is sent to the kitchen.
I called to speak with the person in charge and was very poorly attended, I was forced to hear that it was my fault and not theirs. Congratulations, you guys have a future like that.

Fizemos o pedido entre 20h30, 21h00, previsão de entrega de 60 minutos.
Após as 22h30 fizemos diversas tentativas em de contato, sem sucesso. Após muito insistência nos responderam informando que o pedido estava pronto e estava aguardando o motoboy.
Quando não havia mais como aguardar fomos até o local para retirada " detalhe, as 23h30" e pasmem os pedidos ainda não estavam prontos. Aguardamos novamente
já que não tínhamos outro local aberto para pedido.
Mais de 3 atendentes batendo papo no balcão, atendimento péssimo. Falta de profissionalismo!
De gloriosa a pizzaria não tem nada!
Terrible attendance.
We placed the order between 8:30 pm, 9:00 pm, expected delivery time of 60 minutes.
After 22:30 we made several attempts to contact them, without success. After much insistence, they replied informing us that the order was ready and was waiting for the courier.
When there was no longer any way to wait, we went to the place to pick up "detail, 23:30" and amazingly, the orders were not ready yet. We wait again
since we didn't have another place open for ordering.
More than 3 attendants chatting at the counter, poor service. Lack of professionalism!
The pizzeria has nothing of glory!

A pizza é muito boa, mas sempre que pedi fui mal atendida e sempre acontece algum problema, tamanho de pizza errado, demora de horas, sabor errado, pizza errada, já aconteceu comigo tudo isso várias vezes e sempre insisti em pedir por gostar da pizza. E quando solicitamos que resolvessem o problema, é sempre com mal atendimento.
Terrible service, the worst in town.
