★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos ao local 21:10 e fomos informados que o rodízio tinha acabado, que funciona a partir das 19:30, mesmo com o rodízio sendo servido em outras mesas. Bem já fomos outras vezes e chegamos nesse horário e nunca começou nesse horário, teve uma vez que só começou as 20 horas. E já vimos outros clientes chegando às 21 horas e serem servidos no rodízio. Nos sentimos preterido em relação a outros clientes, pois os mesmos estavam sendo atendidos com o rodízio. Péssimo trato com os clientes.
We arrived at the place at 9:10 pm and were informed that the rodízio was over, which works from 19:30, even with the rodízio being served at other tables. Well, we've been other times and we arrived at that time and it never started at that time, there was one time that it only started at 8 pm. And we've already seen other customers arriving at 9 pm and being served in the carvery. We felt neglected in relation to other customers, as they were being served with the rodízio. Bad treatment with customers.
