★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, no quesito educação das funcionárias, sem máscaras e faz pouco pelo cliente. Parece que estão fazendo um favor ao cliente. Pizza caiu demais na qualidade.
 Terrible service, in terms of employee education, no masks and does little for the customer. Looks like they're doing the customer a favor. Pizza has dropped too much in quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz dois pedidos pedidos essa semana em dias distintos PAGUEI um valor extra para acrescentarem um ingrediente na minha pizza e eles esquecem de acrescentar nas duas vezes.
I made two orders this week on different days I PAID an extra amount to add an ingredient to my pizza and they forget to add it both times.

O recheio da esfiha tem deixado a desejar.
Pecisam avaliar isso com urgência, pois sempre tiveram muita qualidade.
I've been a customer for a long time, but the last orders took a long time to deliver. The information when we call to understand the reason, is always the same... That the delivery has already left.??♂️
The filling of the esfiha has left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza é muito boa, mas o ambiente não tem uma boa aparência, mto escuro, desorganizado, atendentes comendo e fazendo atendimento ao mesmo tempo, com uma boa reforma ganharia mais clientes.
Pizza is very good, but the atmosphere doesn't look good, very dark, disorganized, attendants eating and serving at the same time, with a good renovation it would gain more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Hula Gula há uns dois anos ou mais.. toda vez esquecem algo do pedido ou mandam errado! Hoje eu tive uma experiência mais decepcionante do que das outras vezes.
Pedimos 05 esfihas de carne (veio nove)
Pedi um lanche com dois hambúrgueres (veio errado)
Pedi uma esfiha doce (não veio, assim como as duas últimas vezes que pedi) porém a demora é tanta, que das outras vezes acabei desistindo de reclamar.
Meu esposo estava fazendo o pedido pelo WhatsApp ele nem tinha terminado de realizar o pedido e já estavam mandando o valor total. Desanimador.
Cada vez mais desatentos.
I've been a Hula Gula customer for a couple of years or so.. every time they forget something in the order or send it wrong! Today I had a more disappointing experience than before.
We ordered 05 meat esfihas (9 came)
Ordered a snack with two hamburgers (came wrong)
I ordered a sweet esfiha (it didn't come, like the last two times I asked) but the delay is so long, that the other times I ended up giving up complaining.
My husband was ordering via WhatsApp he hadn't even finished placing the order and they were already sending the full amount. disheartening.
More and more inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido por telefone e disse que iria pagar com vale refeição, a moça que me atendeu disse que só não aceitava sodexo, eu disse que o meu é ben e ela disse que tudo bem. Quando o pedido chegou o motoboy disse que o cartão ben não passava e ligou para a pizzaria, a atendente disse se eu não tinha outro cartão e eu disse que não. Ela falou que eu poderia deixar a conta e falar uma data para pagar, eu tbm não aceitei pq foi falado que aceitava o Ben. Ela disse para o motoboy ir embora e não foi entregue a esfiha. Isso tudo depois de quase 1h de demora de entrega (é localizada a 3 quarteirões da minha casa), agora vou ter que pedir algo em outro lugar as 23h.
I made an order over the phone and said I would pay with a meal ticket, the girl who answered me said she just didn't accept sodexo, I said mine is good and she said it was ok. When the order arrived the motoboy said that the ben card didn't pass and called the pizzeria, the attendant said if I didn't have another card and I said no. She said I could leave the account and say a date to pay, I didn't accept it either because it was said that I accepted Ben. She told the motoboy to leave and the esfiha was not delivered. All this after almost 1 hour of delivery delay (it is located 3 blocks from my house), now I have to order something elsewhere at 23:00.
