Pizzeria lies in the menu preparation time, says that it is 10 minutes for the customer or delivery person to wait, but actually 30-50 min. I think they forget that it's not a one-time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza demora 1:30h para ser entregue, quando chega ainda vem o sabor errado, fria e massa quase torrada. Fiquei meses sem pedir por conta da demora, porém resolvi pedir hoje e novamente nada mudou.
Pizza takes 1:30h to be delivered, when it arrives, it still has the wrong flavor, cold and almost toasted. I didn't ask for months because of the delay, but I decided to ask today and again nothing has changed.

O pedido atrasou e estava conversando a respeito, e foi aí que me trataram mal. As fotos abaixo mostram o diálogo . Por mim, nunca mais compro deste lugar.
They don't know what commerce is, how to treat a customer. They are mocking and sarcastic when we try to solve any problem with them. The order was delayed and I was talking about it, and that's when they treated me badly. The photos below show the dialog. As far as I'm concerned, I never buy from this place again.
