★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa mas o atendimento, péssimo! A atendente do whattsapp abusada. Responde de forma mal educada. E atrasou mais de uma hora! Nao compro mais e avisei que era a 1* vez.
 The pizza is good but the service is terrible! The whattsapp clerk abused. Responds in a rude manner. And it was over an hour late! I don't buy more and I told you it was the 1st time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e depois de esperar 1 hora e meia liguei pra ver o porquê da demora e simplesmente disseram que não tinha pedido nenhum. Não se desculparam, não assumiram o erro e ainda me tratou como lixo.
I placed the order and after waiting 1 hour and a half I called to see why the delay and they simply said that I had not ordered any. They didn't apologize, they didn't accept the mistake and still treated me like garbage.

Realizei meu pedido pelo Ifood e depois de 1h30 de espera, meu noivo entrou em contato com o estabelecimento, e ao perguntar sobre a demora da entrega, foram verificar o ocorrido, porém no aplicativo o pedido estava confirmado até o presente momento, logo depois o atendente informou que o pedido estava cancelado, meu noivo questionou que no Ifood estava em andamento, mas naquele exato momento o próprio estabecimento cancelou o pedido. Bem, depois de 1h30 de espera e com fome. Ficamos decepcionados com a falta de competência e respeito com os clientes! Passei foi vergonha! Aguardar tanto para depois cancelarem, já estava tarde para pedir em outro lugar. Absurdooo! Não indico!
I didn't have a good experience with this Pizzeria! I placed my order through Ifood and after 1h30 of waiting, my fiance got in touch with the establishment, and when asking about the delay in delivery, they went to check what happened, however in the application the order was confirmed until the present moment, soon after the the attendant reported that the order was canceled, my fiancé questioned that the Ifood was in progress, but at that very moment the establishment itself canceled the order. Well, after 1:30 am waiting and hungry. We were disappointed with the lack of competence and respect for customers! I spent was shame! Wait so long before canceling, it was too late to order elsewhere. Nonsense! I do not indicate!
