Poderia facilmente ter avisado da dificuldade de entrega, que é entendível, mas o Atendente ao invés de ser profissional e falar da real situação, afirmava de 30 em 30 minutos por ligação que faltava 5 minutos pra o pedido chegar, por horas.
 Delivery ordering took more than two hours even while living next to the restaurant. I could easily have warned of the difficulty of delivery, which is understandable, but the Attendant, instead of being professional and talking about the real situation, said every 30 minutes by phone that the order was 5 minutes away, for hours.
