★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez e última que peço da Pizzaria Judá. Atendimento primário, pizza sem gosto e sem falar que pedimos às 20:00hs E só chegou às 21:59hs. Não indico pra nenhuma pessoa.
First and last time I order from Pizzaria Judá. Primary service, tasteless pizza and not to mention that we ordered at 8:00 pm And it only arrived at 9:59 pm. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pizza fria, sem recheio (paguei a dr 15 pra vim recheadae veio super rala)pede um ketchup disse q ia mandar nunca mandou, a pizzaria em si esta pessima , melhor fechar do que fazer os outros de trouxa pagando algo que n vem .

Cold pizza, without filling (I paid the 15 to come stuffed and came super thin) ask for a ketchup I said I was going to send it never sent, the pizzeria itself is terrible, better to close than to do the others in a bundle paying something that doesn't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira e a última vez que optei pela entrega. O simples fato de você oferecer 80 minutos para a entrega já é um desrespeito ao cliente, gente, tenham noção! E fora que não demorou isso, demorou ainda mais 20 minutos. Isso tudo contando de quando o pedido foi concluído até a chegada, porque se incluir aí o tempo que demorou no contato, dá mais tempo ainda. Infelizmente está faltando entender que a tecnologia é uma via para agilizar o serviço, não faz sentido demorar vários minutos para cada resposta na conversa.
Já fui presencialmente outra vez e não me arrependi, a atendente foi educada e o tempo de espera prometido foi bom e foi respeitado: 15 minutos. Quanto ao sabor, não tenho do que reclamar!
It was the first and last time I opted for delivery. The mere fact that you offer 80 minutes for delivery is disrespectful to the customer, people, be aware! And it didn't take that long, it took another 20 minutes. This is all counting from when the order was completed until its arrival, because if you include the time it took for the contact, there is even more time. Unfortunately, it's missing to understand that technology is a way to streamline the service, it doesn't make sense to take several minutes for each response in the conversation.
I went in person again and I didn't regret it, the attendant was polite and the promised waiting time was good and was respected: 15 minutes. As for the taste, I have nothing to complain about!
